I was floored. Helen was understanding and kind. She formulated a plan for me including medications along with dietary and exercise changes. Helen and Christy from day one supported me completely! Each visit they both provided words of encouragement and helped keep me motivated. After 3 months it was time for updated blood work. I am elated to say that all my numbers have dropped dramatically! I initially heard about them from a fellow self employed musician who was having concerns about losing their affordable healthcare through Obamacare - since I, at 34, was considered "old" by most insurance companies' standards, just getting a basic plan, let alone any catastrophic care was so expensive, I'd have to refinance my house just to pay for my coverage not to mention my husband's. I didn't think there was any other way. With Dr. Steve's and his team, I don't have to worry about it anymore. If I have a problem, I just text or call and they take care of it. If I need to come for a visit, it's taken care of - I have had everything from my well visits with their OB to standard blood tests to full on allergy panels, minor procedures, support tracking down Lyme and Thyroid issues.... the works - my husband had two surgeries this past year and the after-care support from Dr. Steve's was unreal. After the pre visit with the nurse and a Covid / flu check that was not bad at all my Dr walked in. All I got was his first name Dr Bill. Dr Bill did his usual checks and then he tells me that I have a viral infection. I'm thinking I have Covid or worse. He said go home and treat it over the counter and sent a script of what I call coughing pills. He said give it till next week and you're gonna feel better. Well I'm hear to tell you he was right. Well I got here 15 minutes before my appointment and I knew I would have paperwork, but not so…read moremuch. Like 5-6 sheets of paper. Well after they copied my dl license and reviewed my paperwork. My appointment time is 3:15PM and I was called into the patient room about 3:55pm, or later. The nurse took my bp and I waited until........... waited....., finally approximately 4:20 pm the doctor, Scott Baker came in the patient room. ( I'm pretty sure that I'm the last patient here.) maybe I was the last patient of the day. Well I talked the doctor about how my accident happened. My main concern is I am not getting better, but worse. The exam went well and I think the doctor did a good job. However, to be honest 3 stars and not 5 is because Dr Barker was very professional. Minis 2 stars because they thought earlier today that I had canceled my appointment, but I didn't. I had confirmed that the Friday before my appointment. Which was a misunderstanding. And the paperwork that I had to fill out was very extensive. I think it would've been a good idea if the receptionist would've told me when the appointment was confirmed to come an extra 20 minutes earlier than I did because of the paperwork took so long to fill out. For all the staff in the office was nice. They seem knowledgeable and patient. I would recommend them, but I recommend that you go earlier if it's your first appointment to fill out paperwork.

That incompetent woman flossed my daughters arm with a needle at minimum 12 times. My husband and I were in such shock that we didn't stop her and I wish we would have! We left with my daughter hysterical. Any doctors appt since, she is hysterical due to the fear this place gave her. She was a carefree 6 year old prior to this incident. And come to find out it has happened more than once. The doctor was fine enough but shame on them for keeping someone like this on staff. We will not be back.
