Andi, Jamie, Ken and Kaitlyn were able to work their physical therapy magic on me for a couple of months and I am happy to say that I am now back on track and training for a half marathon in one month. If it wasn't for the exercises, stretching and traction that they provided me with during my appointments I don't think that I would have gotten better on my own.
