Great team, easy to walk through the claims process!! Took 1 day to complete my project

I advise extreme caution when dealing with this business' aggressive salesman tactics as well as clever insurance scams. After suffering extensive damage from a hailstorm here in South Texas back in November 2025, we decided to work with Results Roofing due to their stellar reviews and low sticker costs. While their work was quick and appealing to the eye, they were also quick to tack on additional fees and fine print payments even though a price was already agreed upon prior to any business being conducted. Victims are just wanting their roof damage to be repaired by what seems to be an ethical business on paper. So, when a company offers to submit a supplemental claim for you to 'help you out', make sure to read the fine print on their little agreement that reads "All supplements are to be paid to Results Roofing". This means that they will lay claim to any supplement that they submit for you, including something that they are not working on or replacing, and take that money for themselves. In our case it was a shed, that they explicitly said they could not replace even though they offered to file the supplemental claim for it. Now we know why. The Salesman, Michael Nevarez, conveniently left this tiny, albeit vital, piece of information out when he initially made the proposition to us, leaving us blindsided when we received a call about final payment. When we brought our concerns up to him, suddenly there was a 12.5% fee in addition to the supplemental claim amount because they had processed this insurance claim for us. On top of this insurance scam, the company was never able to direct us to the right person when we contacted them about the situation. The only person that would answer was their Front Desk person, or the salesman, who knows absolutely nothing other than how to evade and swindle customers. After everything, we still could not be routed to the correct representative. Furthermore, this business will also tell you that they will clean your property when their work is finished. However, we are still finding roofing nails all in our yard and driveway more than 3 months later. It is a miracle our car's tires have survived this long. Although our roof is fixed now, this entire process has been highly stressful and frustrating. It's one thing to know that all businesses dealing with insurance are greedy, but it's another thing to experience this greed firsthand as a homeowner being told that, yes, your insurance will cover this and then being told later that you owe a couple-thousand-more-dollars-that-you-cannot-afford now. How utterly immoral it is to prey on storm victims and still allege that you are 'helping' these people. Use this company at your own risk. read more

This business is running a very clever insurance scam. It took me a little while to get a full grasp of how it works but here is my personal experience: the scam works like this, when they come to your door and you let them look at all property that may have been damaged by a storm they look at it take pictures and say yes, insurance will cover. then then slide you over an ipad and say "we can submit this supplemental claim for you, just sign here and we will submit it." in my case it was a shed. i asked if they could do the shed replacement as well as the roof, they said no that they did not do this. at the very bottom of the agreement that you sign to allow them to submit supplemental claims, it reads "All supplements are to be paid to Results Roofing" meaning that they will lay claim to any supplement that they submit for you, including something that they are not working on or replacing. they tell you they are doing it to help you out, but they are really doing it so they can make an extra buck for themselves. when i brought this up to the salesman, suddenly a 12.5% fee was tacked on to process my insurance claim. outside of they financial cloudiness they operate in, all claims that the salesman are extremely aggressive are true. i had told this company no multiple times and only gave them my business after they agreed to the price and shingle i was looking for. on top of that they claim to be able to clean up the property when they are done, which is completely false. im still finding nails in my yard and drive way, and have already had 2 tires get punctures from them. just avoid at all costs, my guess is they are finding some way to tweak their reviews on google, my 1 star review doesnt even show up there after a week. i will admit they run a clever scam to increase revenue and keep a low sticker costs. while immoral and unethical, hats off to the well thought out and well operated scam. read more

Review R&R Roofing, Morgan Moss, VP and Quran Moon, Consultant. Leland, NC. We had our roof replaced last Tuesday and Wednesday, March 3rrd and 4th and thought we have to write a review because the job was done so well. Our experience was amazing. I use the word 'our' because we were always consulted with the installers every step of the way. We were given instructions on what to expect, and were always asked our thoughts on everything from removing our car from the driveway to treating our cul-de-sac to dinner from a food truck specifically ordered for our neighbors. There was another house being roofed on the cul de sac at the same time and our roofer said to make up for the noise and inconvenience he was having a food truck come from 4-6 pm. Needless to say, we were all quite impressed, and a number of us did enjoy the hospitality. We had a fortified roof installed, which requires some additional work and installation. Different nails are used, a waterproof barrier is applied under the shingles, and stricter installation of shingles and drip-edge. All of this has to be documented with pictures and inspections. Morgan shared over 1000 pictures of the progress to the insurance company and he even shared that link with us. There must have been 12-14 workers and 2-3 managers on site. While a number of workers were tearing off the roof, several others were picking up the shingles and carting them to the truck .Because of the extra work and inspections, it was necessary to return a second day to install the shingles. We were told they would return again at 7AM. The roof was shingled starting at 7AM; they also replaced a leaky sky light and were finished at about 6PM. As far as the cleanup goes, we have a swimming pool and they made sure any debris that managed to get in was removed. Several of the managers walked around to spot nails and other debris. They said they would return on the 3rd day to do another walk around in the daylight. They returned , walked with us and asked if we were satisfied with their work; we acknowledged in the affirmative. We could not be more satisfied (as well as our neighbors). We are still in "insurance" process for our hail damaged roof, but I must say that Miguel Angel of Results-Roofing has been a God send...helping us with the entire insurance claim process, inspections/claims, and laying out options for work. When a roofing company continually knocks on your door or rings your doorbell with not one but two prominently displayed DO NOT SOLICIT SIGNS for five months, they must be desperate. They certainly must think they are special that it's okay to ignore the signs. Guess what Joe Cantu, if I wanted to talk to you I would not have those signs displayed. You are just the latest one from this company that came by and rang the bell twice and then left your card anyway. I can't imagine hiring someone that resorts to going door to door anyway. They certainly are not professional. Please have some respect for Do Not Solicit signs. The day after the storm Results Roofing must have had 5-10 reps knocking on doors by 7:00 a.m. They are like vultures. read more

I found this company via a Google search for a free roof consult. I think I requested a consult on a SUNDAY after an incredibly windy weekend. Within like an hour someone reached out to me to schedule a time and the very next day, someone stopped by to look at my roof. I had Evan, the VP, come check out my roof, and he was so unbelievable professional and kind. He took pictures, explained what was going on with my roof and told me how it was a quick fix and not to worry! I was so relieved!!!! I fully expected to get at least a handful of consults before making the decision but they ended up being the only company I contacted. I thought I'd surely get the whole roof replacement since it's leaking in multiple areas. You want to take the gamble if they'll actually fix it? It's been over 2.5 months and still no change. Loved so many things about this roofing company. They are professional. They showed up when they said they would and finished the job when they said they would complete it. They worked with my insurance company to make the claim as painless as possible. Carmen was on site inspecting all work and making sure that my koi pond was protected properly. Gave a 2 instead of a 1, because they were nice people. Results Roofing was in our area talking to people after a small storm came through causing really bad damage. Walked over and asked them how much they would charge to tarp parts on our roof? Rob Myers talked to his boss and said they would do it for free, but want to be in the talk when we decide who to use to replace the roof. After only a few days I get a text from Rob telling me that since I have not talked to him he suspects we will be going with another company. Since he suspects we will be going with another company he now is going to send an invoice for the free work they did tarping our roof. I requested a price to tarp the roof, they did it for free hoping to get my business and now without even confirming if I am going with another roofing company they want to bill me for their FREE offer. I would put this as a bad salesperson, but Rob Myers told me his boss told him to text me and charge me. We had storm damage to our roof that was initially denied by our insurance. We changed insurance companies and these guys were referred by a close friend of our son. I absolutely am 100% impressed with their constant communication, follow-up, thoroughness of handling our claim. They were on site the entire time watching the crew to ensure they were doing everything right. Our original home builder took shortcuts which were uncovered and ultimately got a better roof than when our house was brand new. The dryer vent was done incorrectly and was a major fire hazard just waiting for a spark to ignite. Outstanding service and I would highly recommend them for any roofing job, period. Our roof was damaged by the hail storm in late April and Dustin and his team at Results Roofing exceeded my expectations. This would be the first time I've ever made an insurance claim on my roof in 13 years and I can tell you, I was nervous! I didn't know what to expect! Dusty, Rob and his team were exceptional, efficient and extremely professional. They walked me through the whole process, including a walk through of the entire premises. It was a smooth process from evaluation until it was completed and Dustin was there every step of the way. They even came by to ensure our build out went smoothly. The crew was amazing, on time, very attentive, covered our AC unit, and secured our patio belongings. The clean up was really thorough. The job was completed in one day! I was pretty impressed with the level of professionalism, communication and customer service they provided. Our new roof looks beautiful!
