I have never experienced a work out like the one I have everyday at 9round. They are consistently pushing you and changing up the workouts so you never get bored. Every trainer takes the time to know you and teach you every move. There are NO SET CLASS TIMES! A round starts every 3 minutes which really helps if I am running late from work. Each round has something different and it changes every day. 1 round is dedicated to freestyle which is my personal favorite. You work one on one with a trainer and work on different kickboxing moves. The trainers. If there is one reason I come back its the trainers. They are by far the best people I have met in the workout community. They realize you are there to better yourself but to also have fun! Beth and her Husband Joey own the gym and are an amazing duo. Every time you walk in your energy level immediately goes up! They always greet you with a smile on their faces. Neil and Jess are also super incredible! Neil will make sure you are putting in 110% every round every time and if your aren't sweating you will be after a freestyle round with Jess! The whole team is beyond incredible. The facility is well equipped - EliteFTS equipment, specialty bars, prowlers, ghds, bump/metal plates, InBody etc. etc. and clean. Since they are a newer gym the facilities are not crowded so you really have the opportunity to form a relationship with everyone you train with. Their slogan is "Always clean. Never crowded." and I have never heard of a slogan for a business to hold more true. The place is immaculate! The floors and all of the equipment are spotless! You could eat off the floors in this place. They have everything you need and it doesn't feel like your typical small gym where people are pushing you or have you on a regime. You can workout at your own pace or take part in a class, whatever fits your needs. There has never been more than two other people in there working out at the same time as me so you just feel like you can let loose and breath freely. Overall, my experience using Planet Fitness is positive. My issue is with billing and canceling my…read moremembership. Although the billing date is the 17th of the month, the billing process starts on the 10th of the month, so all changes must be submitted before the 10th. I must pay for a month I don't want. Feels like theft to me. I spoke with the lead at the front desk who assured me there was nothing that could be done about the billing cycle. I have to pay for the additional month.

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful, too! So, why only 3 stars? Well- People hog the machines. Sometimes, it's groups of guys standing around texting, etc a particular machine. Other times, it's some dude sitting down at a machine...doing one set...then relaxing talking on the phone, texting for 5 minutes at a time. Yesterday, we saw this multiple times on multiple machines and we weren't even there at peak gym times. We don't go into the gym to hang out.. We do our cardio, and then hit the machines for strength training. We don't have a lot of time to spare so waiting for a particular machine because some dude is having a chat with his buddy or his girlfriend(etc) while SITTING AT THE MACHINE is super annoying and has to stop. I hope management corrects this issue immediately so everyone can get their workouts in without dealing with this type of nonsense. Thanks for reading.
