I also went in with the thought that the service would be very good which is part of what you are paying for...right??? Well, during this visit that was not the case. I walked in and the sales girl asked if I needed help and I did. But once I started talking it was like she zoned out on me... she brought out the wrong pairs of shoes twice. And she wasn't very good at interacting with my 2.5 year old while measuring her foot. I ended up doing the measuring, put the different pairs of shoes on her (while holding my 5 month old who was crying) and the sales girl just stood there... shouldn't they be helping the child customer if they are working in a KIDS shoe store? Before we got started, I was asked to run barefoot on the treadmill and determine how my foot was landing. I was given several options including brands like Brooks, Hoka, and Asics after my foot and gait analysis. I ended up signing up for the membership as the employee and a random customer recommended it. In the end, I must've saved around $40 with my school discount as well. After purchasing my Arahi's and sole inserts, I feel like I've had less issues with my feet. I think Road Runners gave me motivation to finish the training block.
