Oh boy that demeanor of the heavier set sales associate changed! Cold and rude she snapped saying that this is a size 6, which I confirmed to my husband. He added, kindly what the return policy is since he already knew that I wouldn't be able to try them on in the store, given I carried my half asleep daughter. In a condescending tone we were told that we can only return via store credit. Check out was cold and unpleasant. I wrapped the shirt and socks and gave them to my hubby. But when I was going through my bills a month later, I noticed they had charged me for 2 shirts plus the socks! When I went to the store to explain, the regional manager was there and asked me where the shirt was. I said I never had it. It was not in my bag, and since I wasn't expecting there to be 2 shirts in there it had seemed fine at the time. She was very curt with me and said it would take awhile to look into it, review the tapes, look at the inventory, etc. She then called me the very next day! And told me basically that I was a liar and that based on their information, they had no evidence to say there was an issue. I work in retail and we have video cameras pointing right at the cash wrap. We've referred to them more than once, but it does take time. Either they have no video surveillance, or they are lying to me. I think they are lying. They tried to offer me a 15% off coupon on my next purchase. What a joke.
