I had to order a new king size duvet insert and comforter today since the one I had is no longer in production. When I called to complain the owner told me, "she has never had a bad review in 10 years" therefore, I would not be getting a refund. Please do not make the same mistake as I did. I trusted the dry cleaners to wash my comforter since the directions say "dry clean only" and unfortunately I am out hundreds of dollars now. Very poor customer service and customer satisfaction. It cost $54 to get the "dry cleaning done" and hundreds more to have a bedset that actually fits my bed.
