Their online booking and consistent communication is excellent. The service manager Rhett was friendly professional, and clear explaining the results of the inspection performed during the oil change service. The inspection report is detailed but easy to understand. I will definitely return for the next scheduled maintenance and consider them for other repairs.

It wasn't test drive it Wednesday morning. I drove out of the parking lot and the trani slipped. It slipped 4-5 times in the time it took me to turn around and go back to Stress Free (what a joke). The guy behind the desk said they checked the trani fluid and it was full. Then he said that I should have my mechanic tow it to him. By ommission they lied to me. I was able to get 110 miles with it slipping constantly on back roads before I had to get a tow. Stress free KNEW WHAT WAS GOING ON‼ I should have been told about it.
