Found Innovo through Yelp. I went with Innovo initially cause I liked that they wanted to know more details about what kind of car I drove and the customer service seemed really nice and personable. I've only had one other detail besides this one before so don't have a ton of experience getting detailing done. I have a Subaru crosstrek and requested only an interior detail. I was quoted $190 for 2 people and 2 hours of work. It ended up being $190 for about 1 hr of work for 2 people. They were about 30-40 mins late and I didn't get a heads up. I tried to call to see ETA but I was directed to their AI assistant which I didn't love, I would like to talk to an actual human. I did receive an update via text after I called and was concerned at first cause it only mentioned 1 detailer but 2 showed up so that was fine. Overall, Im happy with the detail but I will say I am not sure it's worth it cause it was just interior and 1 hour of work and I think cause one of the detailers said my car was pretty clean. I also saw on my invoice that my car was classified as "Large (Tesla Model Y, RAV4, Outback, Forester, CX-5, Grand Cherokee)" which a Crosstrek is not as large as those cars so I do feel over charged and feel like the price should've been adjusted/customized based on the state of my car, 30+ mins late without notice and I had to call to get notice, took half of the time projected, and mismatch of the size of my car. While I am happy it was speedy cause I had plans after the detail, the seats were wet which I think is normal but I had plans after. I communicated that I had plans after with the person who I contacted while making the appointment, so I would've liked to have known that before hand so my butt wouldn't have been wet or I could've scheduled it for another day. They also said my car was already pretty clean which I think is why it took less time too but after inspecting the day after they did miss like 1 spot that still had some sand and dog hair and a couple spots on the ceiling. I'm not sure if they touched it cause they aren't really faded. I'm sure if I pointed it out while they were still there they would've fixed them tho. They did get out the stains on the front seats and mats in my car that I was concerned about so that was awesome! Going forward I'll just take this as a learning experience and I'll just be more meticulous looking for things while the detailers are there but lowkey that kinda defeats the purpose of a $190 detail but I mean it's natural for ppl to miss things. read more

Job was ok at best. Had these guys come out to do an outside detail to remove some stickers. I wasn't able to grab photos but they claimed to clay bar the whole car but never saw them do it since they were right outside my house and the paint didn't look any shinier than it did before. They also removed paint with the sticker which would have been nice to warn me about before it happened. They also missed sticker residue from one of the stickers, when I brought it to their attention they said they didn't see it and had to come back- but wouldn't you have seen it when you were clay baring the car? I wasn't going to post a bad review because I ended up not being charged for the detailing service due to the poor job that was done and a plastic piece broke on my rear windshield wiper hose. The owner seemed very upset that such a bad job was done and was apologetic. However, now instead of paying for another detailing company to clean my car properly, I had to pay $220 for a new car battery because one of the detailers left a light on in my third row and my battery died! I reached out to them regarding the cost of a new battery; however, I didn't get a response. I sent an inquiry on Monday & Paul got back to me pretty quickly on the same day. We scheduled a cleaning for Saturday. I dropped my car off in the morning and it was done sooner than quoted. One of the biggest things we're hoping to clean was the pet hair especially in hard to reach places like under the seat. A lot of other retailers I was looking into charge extra just for pet hair, they didn't charge me extra for it. I wish I had a before picture of the pet hair covering every inch of the bottom of the driver and passenger seat, but I attached a photo to show how clean it looks after -- practically brand new! Jose did an amazing job with the interior. I'm literally speechless at how clean it is. Paul did the exterior and I noticed how spotless my car was on arrival. I requested an interior detail for a 2011 suburban. This is a big car and had been carrying six kids and a dog in it for the last decade. The car originally was filthy with stains, dog hair, dropped food, and so much clutter. I got the detailing as a surprise for my parents when they went out of town so I booked last minute, late at night the day before trying to book. They responded within seconds and continued responding quickly the entire time. I believe there was a slight miscommunication amongst their team as I brought the car in around 8:30 and they confirmed they saw my car parked outside their building but they didn't cone to get the keys from me until 40 minutes later. They were apologetic and said they had just come in for work and didn't realize we were out there. I didn't mind since they were doing me a huge favor, just something to keep in mind that the drop off might take some time. They kept me updated throughout the process and actually finished two hours before the estimated time. The car was so clean!! I can't remember the last time it was this clean. There were a few stray crumbs and two spots where it seemed like white paint has splattered on the seats prior but they were able to remove it all once I pointed it out. The work was stunning. I had never had a car detailed before, and brought them a white car fresh off a transport from the east coast. Paul explained the process upfront and I agreed with his suggestion that he allocate the interior/exterior detailing I'd selected to match what the car needed. The car looked like the day it rolled off the line. Could not believe it was the same one I'd left them . In addition to the exterior dirt, there was a lot of sand in the car that has a way of embedding itself - but was completely cleaned as well. TL:DR go to these guys, they are fantastic I almost cried from happiness when I picked up my clean car. I was honestly about to total my car over this tragic Chinese food spill. I picked up 8 trays of catering of VERY HEAVILY flavored, 13 spiced, vinegar drenched, garlic and onion infused, juicy, oily food that was covered with nothing more than thin layers of plastic wrap for each tray. I think easily two-three quarts of sauces spilled into my 2009 Smart Car. I went to auto city car wash and spent a 100 dollars and they couldn't get to all of it. Instead, juice plus car wash water blast, much of it soaked into the foam of the carpet, also absorbed into the foam on the side of the car. I went to California Detailing and they recommended that I just replace the carpets (the carpets are also sound proofing in the car, so it costs 1200 dollars to replace unless I get them used, but then again the used stuff might still stink). I tried my darn best to get everything out (took out the most soiled part of the carpet to rinse it out with dishwashing detergent, 0 Odor laundry booster, auto enzyme cleaner, air fresher, baking soda odor and stain absorber, wet carpet vac, 6 lbs of activated Charcoal), but the car was intolerably funky smelling and that the rancid smell just wouldn't go away (possibly more solidified) over the period of one month. I sent one of those project requests on Yelp and got some responses, and Innovo gave the most reasonable quote with the most detailed description as to what kind of work would be done. I called their number and Paul picked up and was extremely helpful on the phone and listened intently to my month long journey with this epic car fail, and reassured me that they can help. With raised hope mixed with plenty of reservations about IF this can be fixed, the car was put into their custody. Paul sent the images of the car seats being taken out, and reports of discovery of the source of the stench, then the entire car was worked on inside and out. They blasted and sucked out grime the thick carpet/foam many rounds with industrial hot water carpet cleaner, went through every crevice, got all the grime, dirt, even bits of baking soda left in every corner, plus they even detailed the vents, and every piece of foam/plastic/rubber/fabric, cleaned and polished the exterior as well while they were at it. When I returned 5 hours later, the car smelled nothing but a faint scent of coconut, no excessive perfuming, only a sprayed on layer of ceramic coating to prevent further stains, and looked as good as the first day I got it 12 years ago. He showed me the grime liquid that was sucked out of the car, and it looked like crude oil that you see washed off of ocean animals in EPA commercials--to be fair I don't think the car was ever ripped apart for detailing before, so this was 12+ years of grime, on top of the Chinese food. Long story short, you need to take your stinky car to them, before they are all booked up and prices go up :). read more

I needed some work on my car and of course I was looking last minute. She is on the older side of things (2010 and over 222k mi) and I feel like no one wants to work on these old gals any more. I called them but never left a voicemail, I assumed it was going to be too last minute and went on with my day. They called me back and were able to squeeze me in last minute! Of course I wanted (and needed) to do all the things, but only has so much time in one day. They offered to fit me in again the next day! I am very grateful for them taking my last minute appointment. Her exterior looks so good for an older, city car that has her scratches and bruises. Some of which are far less noticeable. The interior was not to bad to start. No children or pets in the car, and not a lot of back seat passengers. They got my lipstick out of the sun visor and the stains out of the carpet in the trunk area (SUV) When I had asked for a few more things be addressed when I went the second day, they fixed them up no questions asked. Her headlights look almost brand new-very impressed! Her engine block is about spotless. Very pleasant, professional and competent staff. Value for your money is spot on. I will be taking her back for regular upkeep bc I promised her I would not let her get that bad again.
