We have purchased both new and pre-owned games here, and have only had one issue with a game. My son opened up the pre-owned game to play once we brought it home to find it would not even play. There were a couple small scratches and fingerprints that were on the disc but even with wiping the prints off, we could not get it to play. We took it back to the store the next day and they exchanged it without any problem. Luckily, they had the same pre-owned game in stock. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. They just moved to a new location in the mall, which is much nicer than the last. Parents with children who are gamers.....BEWARE. I have a hard time getting my son out of here!
