Fast forward past the excuses they had to contact their DM to confirm it was used based only on description given by the clerk. The tape originally sealing the box was cut. The conversion should have ended there but wait there's more...There was no inner packaging protecting the controller as there should be, the batteries were installed along with a nice scratch on the body. Wasted a good hour sorting this out, which voids the point of reserving a product online. There's no other game retailer in this mall which is the only reason I can see that they aren't closed. Needless to say I would avoid this location.

They're packed floor to ceiling with like every game for every console, new or old. They also have a bunch of old and new consoles. They also sold game accessories, remotes, amiibos, all that fun stuff. The prices were fair--even on the inexpensive side in my opinion. The people that work there are really personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. I will be returning!

The discs I received had come with deep scratches, rendering them completely unplayable. Selling games in this condition demonstrates either a complete absence of quality control or a disregard for customers altogether. It is one thing to expect minor cosmetic wear on used discs, but it is another to receive items that clearly were never inspected and should never have been sold in the first place. A company dealing in video games has one basic responsibility: to ensure the product functions. Kill Screen Games failed at that most fundamental level. Until they establish real standards for product inspection and customer care, I cannot hand them a good review.

They were so enthusiastic about the Gameboy games my fiancé had. It was nice to see them get excited about games that were popular in the 90's and 2000's. We overheard them saying that they typically match whatever GameStop is currently offering in store credit. To our surprise, they gave my fiancé more than GameStop would have if we would've gone there. This is why it matters to support small businesses.
