Do not bring your preschooler here. We had the most…read moredisappointing and sad experience with this trial class. We got there 8:50am as instructed by e-mail and text. The place was closed. Four minutes to 9am someone unlocked the door; we heard another mom saying "Ms. ______ is opening the door". No one welcomed or greeted us. When we asked for how it works, the overall flow, we were told there was no trial class scheduled for 3-5yr old that day. The coach didn't know our daughter was coming for her trial class, and the second coach/teacher that arrived naeither. They said "we could try" including my daughter with the older girls. The first 10 minutes were dreadful, no energy, no music, no smiles, no attention to a kid that was in a trial class for the very first time. We decided to explain our preschooler the coach was not prepared and we had to leave. Cannot stress enough how disappointed and dreadful, draining, this experience was. Please don't do this to any other kid in the future; kids deserve better.

We attended a birthday party here and had a wonderful time. Parking for the party was TOUGH - we…read moreended up needing to park in the very back by a dumpster (so we didnt block a fire lane) - we alerted the staff to make sure that was okay because their large parking lot was completely full! They have multiple private rooms, which makes having an event here super easy. There seems to be only one restroom in the back area, but everything was very clean throughout the entire facility. Our kids all ran around across the gym area and they had several attendants on staff. One (I assume the lead) was incredibly thoughtful and perceptive. He knew one of the kids had a medical issue and made sure to check in with the mother of that child, ensure he knew whom she was, asked if there were any triggers, what to look for if something was beginning to occur, etc. That in and of itself won me over 100% - that person obviously takes a lot of pride in their work and the safety and fun of those in attendance. We did pizza and cupcakes in the room - it was a bit tight but we were a very large group (over 20+ kids plus parents). My only, teeny tiny comment is that, after a neighboring party ended, they used a very harsh chemical (pine sol?) to completely clean and disinfect. I LOVE that they are diligent and thorough about cleaning, but wish they had a fan or air purifier running while they operated cleaning because several of the parents any myself had to move away and cover our noses due to a burning feeling by just being around the corner from this.

Some months the staff are younger kids (seasonal jobs), but overall the staff is very good and the place is organized and so well kept. There are a few large rooms for parties facing the floor, each with a full size refrigerator and freezer, and you can decorate and bring food etc all you want. In addition to the standard use of the facility and assigned staff, you can also include the massive blow up slide and bounce house for the kids, as well as the rock climbing activity for ages 6+ including adults. They also take the kids to the monkey swing, do a huge parachute with all guests for the birthday child, etc. We just had our daughters 4th birthday there as it was her first with actual friends from preschool, and we got everything so that both kids, parents, and teenage relatives could enjoy. Parking is plenty - there is always a ton. We come weekly for classes here and there is never an issue. The only thing I wish I knew was that I could have extended use of the room by 30 min or an hour so that I didn't feel rushed setting up, giving the toddlers 50 min on the floor, wash hands and bathroom and then time for kids and adults to eat without rushing and do cake etc. I should've done 4:30-7 instead of 5pm-6:30/6:45. But no one kicked us out and it was still a great time since everyone came after the kids lunch and nap times. Love it here!!

They hold a lot of birthday parties here and also they have a zip line for some of the parties. There's also a gymnastics section of the building which is pretty large and includes some bouncy houses and all different kinds of obstacles and a soft pit of foam blocks. They also have a mini soccer and gymnastics floor for practices or other sports. What's up is mostly younger, high schoolers and college kids is my gas, they wander around and help the kids with belaying and keeping the order. Very reasonable birthday prices and they have at least four party rooms that kids can use.
