Great selection of vintage and thrift items. They have really got the store looking great. Reasonable prices, too!

Let me start by saying I am a thrift store enthusiast! I am a stay at home girlfriend and happen to…read morelive right across the street from the "Resale" store which is a thrift store. In my definition of thrift store, things are old and used and above all else...CHEAP! Not here! "Jjs Resale" but on the sign it just says Resale. You walk up and they have over priced tables and chairs outside which is normal. Walking in the workers/owners I don't know what their role is...they don't even acknowledge you. My first trip I was not impressed by the set up of the store, the cleanliness, or the prices. The cleanliness I can look over, I will be the first person to dumpster drive for some good furniture to up cycle so don't get me wrong, I am not afraid to get down and dirty to find a good deal. HOWEVER, this stuff is incredibly over priced. I'm talking about...broken down and rusted metal table for outdoors...$50 and up. At a thrift store. Chairs that people throw out...priced at $25? This second trip I dropped off a ironing board...and they of course didn't tell me thank you or where I could put it or even say anything about it. I had to ask "hey where can I put this" and they pointed and that was it... I'm thinking..."okay that's whatever I don't want it anyways" so I go into the main part of the store and the back door is open so I look out and they have stuff out there so I thought okay it's for sale considering it's a resale store? Right? So I was lookin and a rude lady said "um this stuff is not for sale" Okay so now you talk to me as a customer when your being rude about something? I had my boyfriend with me And he had picked up a few things while I was looking and I didn't even want to buy anything from here! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! They lost a customer for sure. Poor customer service and high prices for such a crappy place. If I could give 0 stars i would.

This is a relatively new store. It just opened up a couple of months ago. I've been here three or…read morefour times already. I don't feel that they have quite the volume of merchandise that the store on Bell has but this place is starting to grow on me. I always find a few things. It's probably just as well I don't find a lot because it saves me money, lol. The clothing seems pretty nice and clean. The store smells fairly good. They have four nice fitting rooms to try on clothes. Everything is spread out pretty well and nicely visible. The employees have been very nice so far. The prices are the same as the other location, pretty decent. Senior day is Monday but it's only 10% off compared to the stores in Arizona that are 50% off of everything every other Saturday. I think Tuesday is military day but if there are other sale days I'm not familiar with them because I don't fall into those categories. There might be a teacher's day, I'm not sure. I haven't bought a lot here, maybe 15 to $25 per visit. But what I've gotten has been pretty nice. They are fair about their returns. You get a store credit only as long as the original tag / Barb is on it and you bring it in within a certain time, I think it's 7 days maybe. I've only returned something once or twice and I've had no problem. Baby clothes are about $1.25. children's sizes are $2.25 even if they have brand new tags on them. Ladies skirts are $3. Blouses and sweaters are $3 25 cents. Blue jeans are $4.50. they have a lot of shoes but I haven't really priced them. They have a few brand new items along with all the resale items. There are lots of shopping carts to use. I plan to stop in every so often to see what's new and recommend it to others.
