I truly enjoy rev cycle's non-cycling classes and the facilities are newer. My least favorite aspect about Rev is that the single-occupancy restroom is often understocked--no hand soap etc. Despite this, easy access to the location and parking always available in the side streets. read more

I have been a regular here for years and its about time I left a review. This is a fantastic place! The owner and instructors have done such an excellent job at creating a studio that offers incredibly challenging workouts, but with a sweet, non-snobbish, welcoming and fun vibe. For me, the spin classes are an opportunity to enjoy fantastic, curated music playlists as I am guided through physical challenges that, when left to my own devices, I would not put myself through (lol). I love these guys and I am so glad that this business still exists after Covid. I have had past injuries from running, dancing and the like, and spinning offers me an opportunity to work out intensely, but without stressing my knees and hips like other high intensity cardio workouts might. Be wary signing up for classes if you have an unlimited pass. After signing up for a discounted class, with the pass, it hit the card. After calling, they said that they'd fix the error on the site, but absolutely refused to refund the credit card. "It's still discounted," they said. An absolute refusal to correct an error of their system, with refusal from the manager, is insane. read more

I f*%king love this place! The desk staff is friendly and always helpful. That is so important to me. They always greet you with a smile and hello. The classes are always challenging but I feel great after. I like that all the instructors have their own style. It keeps things from getting monotonous. I used to hate exercising of any type but after coming here I'm addicted. I also like that they have strengthening classes in addition to spin. It The intro special of $59 unlimited monthly classes is a great deal. I loved it so much I signed up for the next month. I love the Rev Rythym Sculpt class with Katie. It's called rythym but there's no dancing. It's a mix of calisthenics and weights. It's fun and challenging and Katie's energy is amazing. read more

Time to update my review on my favorite place!! Rev Cycle is the absolute best! If you want a warm, motivating, and fun spin studio then Rev Cycle is the place for you! I have worked out at other gyms and have not felt connected to a studio like I do to Rev Cycle. I think it starts with the staff; everyone (seriously everyone) that works there is so incredibly nice. The owner Nairi and all her staff work together to create such a down to earth, fun environment that's noticeable the moment you walk through the front doors. Another thing that sets Rev Cycle apart is its variety of classes. In addition to spin they have Pilates, HIIT, TRX, sculpt, and core + stretch classes. The variety of classes is great because it allows you to mix up your work outs, which is engaging and good for your workout routine! I have class pass, and this was my first visit to Rev. (I've cycled in the past but not recently.) WOW. What a class! Paris the instructor was awesome- peppy, positive, and kept the energy up the entire time. The best part was being able to go at our own pace at times if it felt like it was too intense, especially for beginners. Don't be scared to try it! You'll sweat out any fear within the first 5 min anyway. Be prepared to feel the fat melting away as you ride. Only downside is I wish they had a locker room with showers. read more

I have taken spin classes at other locations and decided to try this place with a couple of friends. We took the 10:30am Sunday class with Jessica and she was awesome! She kept the class energized and her choice of music was great. The class gets full fast and if youre not there right when it starts, you lose your seat. I was saving a bike for my friend who registered earlier but almost lost her bike since she wasn't there right on time. So be punctual! The staff was great. My two friends were new to spin, and one of the staff members kindly taught them how to properly set up their bikes. Then during class, Jessica came around to make sure posture was correct. They provide towels and have little cubbies to place your belonging during class. As for parking, it's all street parking so it can get tough, so again arrive early. Visited this spin studio a few days ago and totally loved it. The instructor, Nairi, was an energizer bunny who was able to translate her energy into the class and the attendees. Her music was on point and she made sure class was not repetitive and boring by challenging us with different routines. There is plenty of parking available on the street. The studio itself is very modern, fun and clean. You are provided with clean towels, and fairly new bikes in great condition. You can use regular shoes or spin shoes (a plus since many studios you can only use spin shoes). Lastly, they offer more than just spin classes. They also have TRX and yoga classes to check out. I will definitely go back here again and would recommend you pay a visit as well. read more

I've been to spin classes in Culver City and Santa Monica and neither of those classes gave me a workout where I actually felt like I worked out, especially if you take a class with Paniz. Paniz is super friendly and always checks if you need help adjusting your bike. The playlist is great and she really motives you through out the entire class. Paniz will make you sweat and then some. I really wish she had more classes at this location as I would take more. It's a small studio but the bikes are postioned so you don't feel like you are on top of each other and it's a clean studio. Not only does she prep NEW classes every single time that keep it interesting, she also creates incredible playlists that make the work out that much more of a vibe. I've been going to Rev Cycle spin classes for over a year now and was going elsewhere for strength training when Rev made my dreams come true and opened the REV ANNEX! REV ANNEX is a second studio space just 2 doors down from Rev Cycle and offers pilates, barre, and my absolute favorite class - TRX! I'm a total groupie of Dollar Tan and his TRX classes are insanely fun (and insanely effective!) I can't tell you how long I searched NELA for a class that actually focuses on strength in HIIT style (I used to drive to the valley for my strength workouts). The annex classes are small so the instructors can watch/correct your form. Makes a HUGE difference. The rev community and instructors are always welcoming and supportive and classes fit all levels. Best spin gym in LA! Front desk staff is pleasant, helpful, and friendly, studio is always clean, bikes are new, and instructors are great. Clientele are nice and polite; the neighborhood vibe is a nice offset to the intense workouts :) While they don't have dedicated parking, there's lots of free street parking in the area. No shoe rentals, but their bikes accommodate both Delta and SPD clips as well as sneakers. They often do fun themed classes and charity initiatives, which makes my ride more than just a workout. read more

So I've been checking out Rev Cycle through classpass. I must say this is by far the best spin class I've been to. The instructors are super motivating and have really good music that keeps you pumped!!! I like how they dim the lights and the bikes are clean. I usually dread going to spin class at 24 but Rev Cycle made me love spin again! The colorful lights, the energy and overall vibe keeps bringing me back. It's a quick 45 min workout that leaves you energized and a little sweaty . Parking can get a little tricky since it's neighborhood parking but if you come a little early or park a little further up the street you should be fine. The best studio out there offering both cycling and fitness classes. Everyone is very positive and tries to get to know all of the guests. Lara at the front desk is really sweet and she can help you with any scheduling. Savannah's TRX classes are the best! Whether you're new or advanced, she will help you to get a good workout. No matter what class you take with Dollar, being either HIIT or his cycling, you will get an amazing workout, he is a ball of energy and will keep you working hard the whole time. In Charis's total body tone class you will be sore for days, but you know you got a good workout. Jess's cycling classes are another one of my fav, she is super positive and her music is awesome. Honestly, any class you take here with any instructor will be really great! They also have a really good introductory month special pricing if you want to try it out. Parking can be a little difficult because it's residential, but if you get to class 5 mins early you will be fine. Overall, definitely recommend this place to anyone of any fitness level! read more

I booked the Rev TRX Strength class with Savannah through ClassPass. There aren't a lot of TRX dedicated classes so this was a nice change of pace! The exercises we did were challenging but the class still felt slow paced and I didn't love the music, it made me feel sleepy. She spent a lot of time stretching at the beginning/end of class so it was a good recovery day workout. It's not noted on ClassPass but most people wear grip socks for class but you can also do it in sneakers or barefoot. There's ample street parking on the residential streets. read more
