I had brakes replaced at dealership. Rotor was out of round but problem did not happen until car had been driven on highway for a while. I took it to the dealer (still under warranty) explained problem. I was told there was nothing wrong with brakes. So I drove it until it got really bad, but decided not to bother with dealer (work was still under warranty) and I took the car to K & N because I knew the owner would listen and believe me, which he did, and he fixed the problem,

I pulled over and tried to fix it myself, but I was still four hours from my destination, it was getting dark, and as a young woman traveling alone, I was honestly scared. I arrived at Odessa Muffler and Brake right at closing time, expecting to be turned away. But instead, they greeted me with warmth and didn't hesitate to help. They stopped what they were doing and got to work on my car immediately; no questions asked, no judgment, just kindness. They spent an entire hour after closing carefully securing my bumper, checking my whole vehicle to make sure it was safe, and even discovered and fixed my muffler that was hanging off (which I had no idea about!). When I asked how much it would cost, they told me it was free. That kind of generosity is so rare, especially when they easily could have taken advantage of my situation. I didn't have much money, and this trip was an emergency, but because of them, I made it safely to El Paso and was able to spend precious time with my uncle before he passed the very next day. Their kindness meant the world to me, and I will never forget it. Odessa Muffler and Brake didn't just fix my car; they made it possible for me to say goodbye to someone I loved.
