Everyone that works there is extremely knowledgeable and helpful with ideas on patch placement. Glen and Ross are always great and remember us every time we stop in. My oldest son wrestled against Ty in high school so we know him and he's extremely helpful and kind. Today, Emma helped my younger son with patch placement on his jacket. He earned quite a few patches this past track season in pole vault and we actually needed to move some existing patches, stack some patches and even move some patches to the front of his jacket. I had a very disappointing experience with the shop regarding a letterman jacket order. When we first picked it up. There was an issue with a jacket. I was told a manager would contact me to resolve it. A week later went by no call. I reached out again and was told once more than a manager would be in touch. Another week passed and still nothing. On my third attempt. I finally received a call from Ross. The manager Ross apologize for the inconvenience and assure me, he would personally take care of the issue. I dropped off the jacket with him on a Saturday. Was told it would be ready by Wednesday. I gave them extra time and had my son go in Friday to pick it up. Only to find the jacket was not even there. I called Ross immediately to expressed my frustration. He was unaware that the jacket wasn't ready and said he was out of the office. He would see what had happen and reach out to me. I text him asking for his email, no response. I paid the full amount upfront and truly regret not waiting until the jacket was completed. The lack of communication , poor follow-through. and overall customer service was incredibly frustrating. If I had listened to family friends, and had gone with funky monkey design, Instead, I likely what had a much better experience. Only person there would was helpful was Maddy. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend the shop. read more

I'll start off by saying I went to the Tustin location for this business but was on the phone with the San Dimas location often with my issues. This place is horrible. If you want your jacket done in a timely manner, the right designs on it, or even just a store that actually opens on time this is not the place. They charge so much money just to have patches added to an already made jacket. I needed it back in time for my senior photos. They said they had it done to pick up the day of my photos and when I came to pick it up they had it at the wrong location (which I had called to confirm and they said it was at the Tustin location when it was not) I finally got it back and it came back with the Mexican flag on it not the American one like I had asked for. I brought the jacket back again and told them I was disappointed in all the mistakes and they simply said they would put the correct flag on "for free" It's not for free if that's what l had originally paid for and they messed it up. They refused to comp me for the 4 times I had to drive there to get it fixed. They asked for my number and email and said the owner would call and discuss what else they could possibly do and he never did. Not to mention the people who open this location were 32 minutes late opening one of my many times here and never met any of the dates they said they would when getting my jacket back. Horrible service. False promises. Overpriced. Unhelpful. Always late. read more

Super disappointed with the delay in receiving our daughters jacket. We came on for our design appointment on 8/5 and we're told that my daughters jacket would be ready in 4 weeks which would have been 9/2....we just picked it up today 10/17 (was ready 10/14). I called 9/15 and was told it would be ready in a week. Apparently they were having issues with the embroidery machines, I understand things happen, but as a business you should do whatever is needed to deliver when promised. My daughter didn't even get to wear it to a football game this year. All we were offered was $20 off...I'm sorry but when I'm paying almost $700 for a jacket, $20 is nothing. They should be offering more of a discount for not delivering when promised. My daughter has friends who ordered elsewhere after we did and received their jackets much sooner. Rude, don't use. Received jacket and colors installed by rev varsity were incorrect, did not match school colors. Called to get help and business representative said I was wrong and became aggressive. He eventually stated he would change the school patch color to match the incorrect colors he used as if this would be an acceptable solution. This business is great for letterman jackets etc. The issue I have is with the Quality of one brand this store carries and that is OC SPORTS. This brand makes cheap ill fitting knock off MLB uniforms and hats. The kids in my area are wearing these baseball uniforms and they look terrible. Many kids have thrown away the hats the league gave them and they have purchased their own elsewhere. The only reason I can see any league choosing this brand is possibly the price. read more
