Danielle walked me through every step and answered all questions I had before I could ask! Not only was this a wonderful experience, but I will surely be coming back for more treatments here based on how I was treated! The BBL treatment itself was smooth but of course a little pain was expected. Where the skin is thinner was probably a 7/10 (under eyes, around your nose) everywhere else 4/10 and manageable. The Moxi you are prenumbed and that's probably a 1/10 or 2/10. You don't feel that at all. AFTER however is a different story, expect a sunburn like feel! I would say immediately after treatment for 1-2 hours after is uncomfortable. After that it's breezy. Follow you're given directions and you're good to go! I am 6 days post, and my skin is looking absolutely wonderful. I can't wait in a couple of weeks for the healed result. Thank you so much Danielle and the staff for making me feel comfortable! Over the phone, I was told I could try but due to my stylist having back to back appointments I may not get in. I came in 6 minutes late and when I went to reception, she scoffed at me when I gave my name and said "oh you're not getting checked in." I was understanding of the situation, but would've liked to have been treated with a bit more kindness. I have never been late to or missed an appointment before. My stylist had cancelled my last one due to her own plans, and I wish she would've talked to me directly today to sort this out, especially since she now had a free hour without taking me for my service. Overall, place is clean, hair and makeup for weddings were great and efficient, but I do hope customer service can improve a bit!
