When I called they told me to come right in and I was really happy they were able to take me last minute. This has continued to be the case, as they seem to always have availability. I THINK I may have found a few salon to go to! It's super clean inside, as well as the bathrooms and they have beautiful artwork! They also have portable charges, cup holders and everything to make you feel comfortable so you can really really relax. Also, the first time I went there my daughter came with me and she was happy with everything as well. She was in need of a whole charger and one of the techs let them use hers which I thought was very sweet and so not expected but I did appreciate it and so did she! Also, the first day I went in there a woman was sleep so I know she was feeling too good! They have a wide variety of colors, I'm not sure of how intricate they are with being able to do designs though. Now onto my nails, they do pretty good, I think the prices are just about what you will find in other places. The last time before last however I went and I wanted to get a French manicure but the guy said he couldn't do it without the top of my nail showing, but I wasn't using tips so I wasn't sure why that was, also my nail broke that same day but I went back a few days later and they fixed it for nothing! That is why I think this might be my new salon because they took care of me quickly with no issues and everyone in there seems nice, they start up conversation and I don't feel out of place there. There set up is also quite beautiful so I love going in there because of that as well and they have free wifi! One issue that I could see happenings is they have a small parking lot that's shared with other businesses, but I've never had a problem, so it hasn't bothered me. All in all I've had good experiences there, just need to find a solid tech that can take care of me regularly, but overall very happy with their services & hospitality and the prices don't bother me!

When I went to check the length of the acrylics for my daughter, the tech left them waaaayyyy too long despite my request prior to the service. When I questioned it, she got an attitude like she was going to fight me on the street and started yelling that my daughter had requested it and that it would be a $20 charge to cut them down at the end of it all, she did a terrible job and overcharged me on top of it. I was looking for a natural looking gel nail with just shaping, no acrylic or otherwise. I am very picky as far as minimal cuticle cutting but Melissa was very thorough and gentle. She shaped everything up perfectly and pulled 3 choices of natural looking gel for me to choose from, which I liked because I can look through books forever and I'm super indecisive. We agreed on which looked best and I ended up with exactly what I envisioned. I chose the XO pedicure and drink choices were a mimosa or moscato. While they don't have massage chairs, the whole place is a vibe and they also have cute boutique clothing and accessories. I'm a very happy camper and glad I took a chance on this salon.
