While not directly connected to the staff or store itself, knowing this makes me uncomfortable to support this franchise 100%. So, do you love Harry Potter? Then, you need to go here. It's stuffed full of licensed gear but there are also lots of handmade goodies. Personally, I love the handmade items so much. You can get licensed items anywhere. They've got everything from wands to costumes, clothing to jewelry, home decor to food; Bertie bots, chocolate snitches, and more! And do NOT forget the butterbeer!! There's also a common room for hanging out and they often have a station set up for a themed craft! Purchased over $1600 worth of items on 7-3-2026. was told in writing that the delivery would be on…read more7-16-26. I had to call the store to get a time frame of when the delivery was going to be and was told they needed to look into it and call me back. Half hour later I get a call from someone in Hudson and tells me "we screwed up" and can't make the delivery today but will be the first one tomorrow. Had I not called I would still be sitting here on the day it was supposed to be delivered waiting for it. 13 days and no one could have the mind set to call and let me know? I had to make the call to find out there was a problem. I thought I found the perfect store to decorate my new house but this has changed my mind. Will not be back!
