Instead of handling the situation professionally, the manager began yelling profanity, including "F*** you," at the customer. The customer appeared genuinely confused and stated that he had said "F*** this," not directed at the employee personally. As the situation escalated, multiple profanities continued to be exchanged in front of customers and children. I spoke up and simply said that there were children and other customers in the store who shouldn't be exposed to that type of behavior. Rather than de-escalating the situation, the manager grabbed my items from the counter, refused service, and told me to take my business elsewhere. My purchase consisted of snacks for my daughter's camp, and I was left shocked and embarrassed by how the situation was handled. What restored a small amount of faith in humanity was another customer who witnessed the entire interaction and generously paid for my items. No customer should be subjected to profanity, hostility, or retaliation for asking employees to be mindful of children in the store. Management should be setting an example of professionalism, not creating a hostile environment. I sincerely hope corporate reviews this incident and provides appropriate training and accountability. I also knew I was most likely going in for a cannondale hybrid type road/smooth trail/gravel bike. He showed me some different brands and styles and I was able to take them for a spin in the parking lot. Marc has been there for a long time and he knows his stuff. He knows the history of each brand and he will tell you which one is the best among them. He is a bit on the quiet side, so you have to ask your questions. I also like that he took my mongoose in and gave it a tune up. I bought that bmx Mongoose from Fb marketplace for $30. It was in rough shape and he tuned it up and got her moving nicely. I settled on the cannondale and he put together the medium frame. I'm at the tall end of the small frame and just felt more comfortable on the medium frame. It was a great experience and I will go back to the shop again when I need bicycle supplies. I'm always in favor of supporting the local guy. HIs prices are comparable to online and you get that people experience that you would miss out on by ordering online.

My phone finally decided it wouldn't charge at all last night. I'd been dealing with it being a…read morepain to charge for over a year. I had to put it in all special positions just to have it catch a charge. Today I was out of sorts since it was completely dead. I knew it was not the battery. It was the charging port. No charging cord worked for it even though it worked on my hubby's phone. I did some research on cell phone repair in the area and this one stuck out to me the most. Gizmo Pros definitely lived up to their reviews. I called and the guy who answered was very nice and personable. I let him know the issue and asked him how much it would be to fix. He was very straight forward and helpful and I appreciate that. I set up an appt to come in. He took care of it right away. It took about 30 minutes to fix and there is also a Yelp check in for a free screen saver so he took care of that for me. I am happy that I went to Gizmo Pros. This business is not in a very high traffic area for all. It's in the Meadowpointe neighborhood. But definitely go out of the way for this business. They will be a great help for your cell phone, iPad, and lap top repair. They also have cell phone accessories and phones.

After the replacement, my phone's battery started draining much faster. I went back and paid extra to upgrade to an OLED screen, but that replacement didn't even last a few months before the display started failing. Eventually, the screen went completely black. When I returned to have it checked, I was told there was nothing they could do because the warranty had expired. No solutions were offered or help. I had to beg for the gentleman to open it up to at least take a look if anything was loose. Just a suggestion to pay for another new screen and "see what happens." Overall, very disappointing experience and quality of parts.
