Also found a walmart brand tank that retails $2.98 brand new at walmart, priced for $5.99 here. Final straw was when I went in on a day accessories were 50% off and got several accessories. You can't see what prices are while they're being rung up, and I thought my total sounded high, so I asked for my receipt. They could only text it to me, and sure enough, only 1 out of the 4 accessories I got were discounted. Since I paid cash, I was told my only option was to pick out something else for that exact amount right then and there, which by then I had no interest in doing. Not sure if the pricing is done based on a company wide policy or what, but they have to work on either improving the quality of their inventory or lowering prices because as it stands, I don't think it's worth it to shop there :/ The individuals who work there seem lovely and the issues at hand seem to stem from blanket policies and decisions outside of their control.

The Talbots outlets as a whole have decent prices, but their sales are what really set them apart. 60% off clearance merchandise? Yes, please. The merchandise in each store, however, differs, and this particular Talbots never seems to have the really deeply discounted clothes that I've seen at other outlets in the past. That doesn't mean there aren't some good deals here, but it pays to be local and shop there often to really find the best bargains. The service here is, however, some of the best I've seen anywhere. The ladies at this Talbots have been here since they opened, and they not only know their products well, but they get to know their regular customers and their needs. They will ask me about my mother, point out things they think I might like, and let me know what's coming for the store. I appreciate their help every time I'm in there, and I'm one of those shoppers who really doesn't like being smothered by overly attentive service. When this outlet mall is really busy with tourists and snowbirds, the store can tend to get a bit messy simply because of the volume of people coming in and out. They carry incredible Christmas scented oils. One of the most memorable is Thymes Frazier Fir. They have linen spray, candles, car air freshener and diffuser oil, that just brings the spirit of the season. There are so many gifts for all occasions. Some beautiful glassware, unique jewelry and candles are available. The store is clean and the staff are so helpful and friendly.
