Extremely unprofessional business, I am truly upset that I did a Semiglutide membership with them…read moreor gave them my business because they are not worth it. Greedy and snobby. From the RN co-owner to their office manager/scheduler who pretends to be a health care provider are all unprofessional and passive aggressive. The only positive experience I had here was with the MD, but he needs to keep eye on his business as others there are causing patients to not want to return.

Hopefully the owner knows what is going on in his business. The manager/scheduler whom also pretends to be a health care provider decided to cancel my appointment on her own, canceled my account all together and discharge me as a patient all because when I called to schedule an appointment she was asking way too many questions( Out of her scope of practice ) and falsely claimed I was given 3 bottles of Semiglutide during last visit when I was only given 2, so I hung up the phone as I didn't have time for it and had to return to work. Today when I called to complain, she stated she is the office manager, would not give me her name and would not connect me to the owner, she also basically stated that she has discharged me from the practice, imagine that! For a cash paid business you need to provide a way better service to keep people coming back because this is unheard of. Because there are plenty of other practices around that are way better than this.

No one could answer when I'd be seen. How do they not know? Or do they not care? $50 no show fee if I did this to them and not even an apology or explanation on their part. Expect more. Much later, after both surgeries, when the billings began appearing, I discovered that the initial (mostly verbal) consultation, at which I furnished a written diagnosis and MOHS treatment plan, and lab results, cost me MORE at this Institute than did the original diagnosis by the MOHS surgeon who discovered and extracted the cancerous skin samples, removed a non-cancerous polyp from my face, and employed cryosurgery on three areas of my skin. 7 months after MOHS surgery at The Institute, I found the squamous cell incision area exhibiting an inflamed skin lesion, the basal cell incision area exhibiting a pronounced lump due to being sutured closed too tightly, and the Institute's billing department devoid of capability for handling my regularly-made payments.

I was referred to this doctor via my functional medicine doctor. If I could give this review Zero…read morestars I would. The website states that they are taking new patients. It states on the website that before you can book an appointment you must: 1. Make an online patient portal account 2. gather all of your bloodwork etc. 3. fill out all of the new patient paperwork and questionnaires. 4. make a list of your supplements /medication I did all of this and left 4 messages over an 8 day period. No return call. The link on the website does not let you actually request an appointment. The office does not have a listed email. Someone finally answers the phone to rudely tell me they are no longer taking new patients. What a total waste of my time. She said I could call back in January of 2025 and see if they can take new patients then. But she certainly can't book me for January. What! I told her they have wasted my time filling out all of this paperwork, gathering my data, and I now have an account on their online patient portal. The front desk person was pretty dismissive. At the very least they need to update their website to not waste any else's time. since I can't send an email, and they don't seem to care - I am leaving my review right here.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kurpita's since before the pandemic. I have had in-office blood…read moredraws, seen the nurse practitioner and have had contact with MA's, billing, scheduling staff over the years - they all have been and continue to be nothing short of amazing. I called to reschedule an already scheduled appointment because I had tested positive for COVID - and just by the sound of my voice, the staff member (Mila) made sure I saw someone right away because of how concerned she was just by how I sounded over the phone! I had a televisit with the nurse practitioner within maybe 20 minutes of that initial call. They are on top of things for sure and I couldn't be more happy with any of the team or care that I get from this practice. This is an integrative medicine practice - so that means they are not a pill pusher, let's just cover symptoms with a Band-Aid type of care. They treat the whole person and, yes, that is with vitamins, supplements and, if/when needed, medical prescriptions. If you just want a pill to mask your ailments, stick with western medicine and trust your insurance company to decide what care is needed. I'm glad to be with a practice that doesn't go for a pill as the first line of treatment. Am I disappointed that they don't accept my insurance carrier any longer, of course - but insurance companies are a pain (and if you've worked for one, like I have) you know that many claims get denied for care that is needed or you have to jump so many hoops in order to "prove" you need certain treatments. I'd rather trust my doctor and her team and gladly self pay to ensure I get the right treatment when and how I need it. You can always use an HSA or just budget for appointments. There are times when I call the office and I go to voicemail, but I've always gotten a return call so it's a small price to pay to know I'll be properly taken care of. We are still in a pandemic and healthcare workers are overwhelmed right now in all settings. A little patience and understanding during these trying times goes a long way. I will also add that a few years ago is when my husband and I switched to this practice and he was having a few issues with leg pains and could barely walk in the evenings after working all day. Our niece, who was going to specialist after specialist, had a lot of the same issues and was already using a walker at 15. After reviewing his bloodwork, Dr. Kurpita was able to hone in on the issue, which ended up being genetic. Now my husband has fully recovered and is very active again and even cycles and mountain bikes again. We shared what we learned and my niece got tested and had the same gene - well, she had a full recovery following the same treatment! No more walker for her!! So nobody will ever be able to tell me that having the right vitamins or supplements doesn't work or is ineffective treatment, especially after seeing the changes in my husband and niece - you have to allow them enough time to work. I highly recommend this practice.

Before this, I had been going to more "commercial" aesthetic places, and the difference in approach was immediately obvious. From my very first appointment, I could tell this wasn't a one-size-fits-all, numbers-on-a-chart kind of practice. Instead of mapping my face out like a formula, he took a personalized, artistic approach--actually assessing my features and making decisions based on what would look best for me. His level of expertise and confidence really stood out. I started with Botox, just to get a feel for his work, and I noticed right away that my results not only looked better but also lasted longer than anything I'd had done before. Later, I went back for mid-face filler, and even as a first-timer, I felt completely comfortable trusting him--and the results exceeded my expectations. It was natural, balanced, and exactly what I was hoping for without even fully knowing how to articulate it. For context, I've worked in healthcare for over 12 years and now work in medical device sales, so I'm very familiar with the standards, processes, and what can happen behind the scenes in this industry. That's a big part of why I appreciate this practice so much. He consistently prioritizes what's best for me--not what's most profitable--and that kind of integrity is rare. Even when I eventually move across the country, I plan on coming back a couple of times a year just to maintain my results here. That should tell you everything you need to know! If you're looking for someone who delivers natural, long-lasting results and truly cares about their clients, I cannot recommend Cimarron Aesthetics enough. XOXO

He doesn't just "inject"--he customizes everything with precision and intention for the most natural, flattering results. He uses cutting-edge techniques and clearly stays on top of the latest advancements in aesthetics. What I appreciated most was how thorough and honest he was--he carefully explained all the risks, walked me through exactly what to expect, and never rushed the process or oversold anything. I felt informed, safe, and respected every step of the way. The results are beautiful, subtle, and incredibly well done. I look refreshed and balanced, not overdone. If you're looking for someone who combines medical expertise with true artistry and integrity, he is absolutely the best.
