I write this in hopes that others will not experience the stress,…read moreproperty damage, delays and overall turmoil that Justin's dishonesty and overall lack of organization, professionalism and skill caused during a kitchen renovation. Most concerning is that Justin blatantly lied to us continuously and either didn't show up when he was supposed to be here or showed up hours late causing our work to be impacted and schedules to be disrupted. He will send fake or old photos and excuses without a care as to how it affects others lives. Honesty you would've fared better if you were honest and said you overbooked yourself instead of selfishly telling untruths. Justin's scope of work was clear and precise, however his performance was sloppy and substandard. He was disorganized and so ill -equipped to the point he would use our tools and material or we would have to pick up items in order to keep him on task. We provided drop cloths and yet he was careless and damaged our furniture and finishes during drywall and painting. His cheap paint damaged our ceilings which will be a costly repair. He is not qualified for certain tasks. Simple electrical wiring was completed incorrectly repairs and rewiring was needed to make safe. We were patient and forgiving and routinely made accommodations however his nonsense reached a point of saturation. We have and will occur expenses due to Sullivan's substandard, incorrect, and unsafe work which will require repairs and replacements to be made safe, functional, and correct the damage. When you are working in someone's home, especially a kitchen, which plays a crucial role in day to day life you should be highly respectful and aware of the importance of your role and responsibility to your client. We have given him the opportunity to make things right however he has chosen not to do the right thing which at minimum would be an apology. Additional action will follow. We didn't get to the point where we could see your flooring skills but i think it's best to focus on flooring in your business name and not cause such damage to your clients and your reputation.

Instead, they barely finished our second floor and had none of our first floor done when we returned. On top of that, it took them an additional three days to finish the job. The final job included uneven floors, floors that creaked, and floors that were not evenly distributed. They clearly were in a hurry, with quality being a minor concern. They offered us $500 credit for a future job but their pricing for said future job was so outrageous it seemed a joke. Instead we went another direction. We used Empire for our addition 6 months later, and the quality difference is noticeable. The Empire floors are solid, even, and stable. The Molyneaux floors are uneven, inconsistently placed, and lacking quality for the price charged. Overall very disappointing.
