Unfortunately, my experience was completely different. When we called, they seemed willing to help, but when we arrived, the older gentleman who appeared to be the owner was extremely rude and disrespectful. Instead of listening to our concerns or trying to understand the situation, his attitude toward us was very unprofessional and dismissive. As a customer, I felt that I was not treated with basic courtesy or respect. I also found their diagnostic testing fee to be significantly more expensive than other shops I contacted. Overall, I wasted my time traveling there and left feeling very disappointed. Customers deserve to be treated with dignity, respect, and professionalism regardless of the situation. Steve took the time to inspect the car, found that the battery had been improperly secured by whoever installed it previously, and fixed the issue. What really stood out was his honesty. He explained what happened, got everything taken care of, and didn't charge me a dime. A less honest shop could have easily sold me diagnostics or repairs I didn't need, but Steve chose to do the right thing. It's hard to find people you can genuinely trust in the auto repair industry.
