Johnny-- are you lying or just unaware of what occurred? 1. I towed my car to your shop when it was overheating. I did not drive it to the shop like you stated. 2. The bureau shared that it was unable to determine fault. That is not the same as concluding that you were free of fault. 3. You did not offer to replace the engine free of charge. Instead, I was quoted approximately $6,000 to replace the engine after it failed shortly following service at your shop, and I declined that proposal. Had a no-cost replacement been offered, I would have gladly accepted it. I had invested most of my savings into that car. It was my first major purchase. Given that you left this process completely unscathed, your inaccurate statements about me and the situation feel unnecessary, unprofessional, and overall unkind. Avoid the Beverly Hills Audi Hustle--Superformance is the Real Deal! If you own a German car and want honest, no-nonsense service, skip the circus at Audi of Beverly Hills and head straight to Superformance on Cotner Ave in West LA. Case in point: my wife recently took her leased Audi to Audi of Beverly Hills for its 20,000-mile service. They generously offered to charge her $960 for the privilege of changing things the car didn't need. When I got on the phone, their price miraculously dropped by $200--guess I must've been speaking some kind of magic mechanic language. Even then, I politely explained that the laundry list of "necessary" repairs was a little over the top (read: ridiculous) and told them we'd take the car somewhere that actually makes sense. Cue Superformance. Not only did they confirm that the car didn't need the so-called "cabin filters" Audi was dying to replace, but they also completed the full service--including an oil change--for just over $200. That's right: about a quarter of what Beverly Hills Audi tried to charge us. Here's the moral of the story: If you enjoy overpriced services, inflated repairs, and the pleasure of being pressured to leave a five-star review before you even finish signing your paperwork, then by all means, buy your car at Audi of Beverly Hills--and good luck. But if you care about actual value and integrity, take your car to Superformance. I've brought my Porsche and two Audis here, and the team--especially Devon and Tom--are always great to work with. I literally just picked up my car today and couldn't wait to write a review! This place deserves it. I brought my Mercedes E350 sport in for an oil change and they included in the charge for that a package which included fluid level check, tire pressure and safety check. They also did rotate and balance for a VERY reasonable price. Something I loved about them is how honest they are and just no BS which can be so difficult to find in terms of any auto repair business. They called me throughout the day to keep me up to date, ask permission for services they recommended, and let me know the status throughout. The total price for everything including labor was VERY fair and the service department, including Johnny and Devon were both very friendly and helpful. For only the second time in my life, I'm going to say this--a truly honest and reliable auto repair shop! I recently brought my Lexus NX 300 F Sport to Super Performance to get a second opinion, after another mechanic told me my brakes were on death's door and needed to be replaced; the other guy also insisted I needed several thousand dollars worth of additional work done. However, team at Super Performance inspected my car and found that my brakes were completely fine, and recommended not replacing my brakes for another 5,000 miles! Never in my life has a mechanic not insisted on doing some kind of work to make a buck, but not them. That's real honesty and integrity on my book. Special shout-out to Dylan for being a great liaison and making everything run smoothly. I am indebted to them and will refer everyone I know. As others before me have written, they've earned a customer for life! *want to add that a year or so ago we brought my partner's Porsche Macan in for some basic work and they did a great job, so this is not a one-off. Was a repeat customer from previous work and maintenance done. Took my car in for an alignment, but car was still not steering straight. Reached out a few weeks later as I've been busy traveling but they blamed it on me recently hitting a pothole. They refused to take a second look to determine the root of the problem and said they would have to charge a second alignment.
