This could be a 5 star review but Ms. Jackie with the sleep disorder unit was rude and difficult and therefore I refuse to give this place 5 stars. Parking was plentiful. We found the sleep disorder unit on the 2nd floor easily. Check in was easy breezy as I did the required registration process online prior. Waited roughly 10 min before being called back. Nurse asked a bunch of questions and then Dr. Staheli came in. He also asked a bunch of questions before agreeing to do the sleep study. After speaking with the doc he walked us to Ms. Jackie. Not sure if she was having a bad day, but she was rude and seemed bothered by doing a job and made us walk back up front to reception to get our insurance card scanned. The sweet gals told me they were so sorry that she made us walk back to the front and what an inconvenience when it could have been handled by Ms. Jackie. They scanned my card. Sent me back to Ms. Jackie, and then Ms. Jackie has the nerve to ask me to pull out my insurance card to verify the info! What?! After verifying the info matched she rudely told me a few dates that we could do the sleep study. I chose a date. She then told me I had to be back on a specific date fir the follow up with results. When I asked if my child needed to be present she said yes very rudely. I said well that date was her first day of school and I wouldn't let her miss it. She gave me the next date and said if you don't take this date you won't get your results for another 2 months after. Uh, ok, then give me the next date, she wrote it in a business card handed it to me and said expect a phone call from the sleep clinic a day before and don't be late. She turned back to her desk and we left, I do not look forward to dealing with her again, and I hope on our follow up I don't have to!!! read more

I am incredibly angry with Revere Health. My experience observing my wife getting a scan there consisted of people in their early 20s lost, confused, and overworked trying to do more than they were able to. Whoever runs this place should be ashamed and embarrassed. They then ran the wrong test resulting in a false negative so my wife's ailment remained untreated trying to figure out another solution. Then they charged the wrong insurance and refused to back down that they could've possibly been wrong resulting in us paying a large sum of money for the scan. Again, I don't recall seeing anybody there who was over the age of 24. At a medical facility. They then were unable to admit that they charged the wrong place so we had to pay for the wrong test because, again, they messed up. Stay away from here. If a doctor recommends you here, say no. You're better off poking yourself with a knife. Did I mention that the 22-year-old-girlypop-would-be-phlebotomist poked my wife with the needle 8 times because she wouldn't believe my wife when she said her veins were too small for a regular IV? Or that I had to remind the 23-year-old nurse aid or assistant Provo bro what he forms he had and hadn't filled out and what questions he had and hadn't asked? Or that rather than trying to help us with their mistake charging the wrong insurance they just badgered my wife incessantly until she had to get her lawyer father to step in while they figured all this stuff out? Seriously, these people don't deserve even the microbial respect automatically assigned to an entity when scrolling past it online. read more

Imaging Center, July 2025. Worst experience ever at a medical facility. Check in was fine. The young lady tech who took me back for prep had zero personality. The saline that she injected to clear my iv line had things floating in it. The small changing areas have no seats and we saw one older man nearly fall down. Staff couldn't find a clean gown large enough for one lady. The inner waiting area was crowded with patients sitting shoulder to shoulder. CT scan with contrast caused some unexpected burning sensations. The staff in the scanning area were pleasant, but I did wonder about one guys very bloodshot eyes. read more

Predatory and deceptive billing practices. Visiting local clinic, we're always offered a "prompt pay" discount, where we "fully pay the bill" at time of service (well child visits, vaccinations). Every single time, Revere sends us another bill 2 weeks to a month later that has the amount of the discount and usually plus some. everyone has been so nice since being told yesterday of my breast cancer diagnosis until showing up today for a stat breast MRI. the girl at the front desk told me I couldn't be seen and she wouldn't let them calm me back unless I paid my copay. I told her they can bill me and I'll make payments like never health let's u do and she said NO. the last 24 hours I've seen my life flash before my eyes and this was the test needed to see the oncologist. Today I called before I came in to make sure that I would be able to be seen. Allie help me on the phone. We reviewed my lab requisition to make sure it was adequate for lab draw and it was. I told her I would arrive five minutes before they close and I got specific directions. She said "that is ok we can help you,". I arrived on time, but I spoke to her at the front desk. She asked me my name and date of birth. She didn't ask me if I've ever been seen by them before and I said no she walked in the back and then she came back up front and told me she wasn't able to see me. I reminded her that we had a lengthy discussion on the phone and she told me that she'd be able to see me and to go ahead and make the drive And then she told me that she didn't realize what time I was going to arrive when we clearly had that discussion, it would be five minutes before close. She wasted my time and then laughed at me. When I said you told me it was fine to come. She laughed and said well I didn't know you were a new patient and she laughed as she covered her mouth, trying to hide the smile. She is so unprofessional and so in compassionate she needs some remediation on how to have good customer service. This is a big deal because I am a nurse that works 12 hour shifts at the University of Utah Hospital. I need my labs done today for health reasons. Nothing is open except you guys so the fact that I drove all the way south to get these labs was a waste of my time because Ali Should have asked me if I was a new patient when I was on the phone before I made the drive. What a waste of time and a terrible experience with revere health lab. With the unprofessionalism of the eye experience today, I would wholeheartedly never recommend revere health to anyone. As I told her she she ask that new patient question on the phone and it would had avoid all this she said "thanks for the advice." I left and as I walked out I heard laugh and turned to look through the large glass windows and I seen her laughing with her colleges. I went back in and I ask what exactly was funny. I waited for two months to see a cardiologist at revere health. When I arrived I found out my appointment had been cancelled. Not sure why the dr was there helping other patience. I felt so terrible I needed him to see me that day. Tough luck. So they made me an appointment with a N.P. I waited three weeks for that. After I saw her she wanted to see me back in three weeks to see if the changes she made worked. I showed up for that appointment to find out it had been cancelled. No phone call, No text, no e-mail. Nothing either time. When they want my insurance info they can reach me. What is there problem??? Dont you fit a person in with someone if they screw up. If I missed they would charge me. It was frustrating enough to try and get you to listen why I called the billing department in the first place. You talked over me and would not close your mouth long enough to hear the inquiry of what my call was about. I'm not sure if it was the lack of maturity or you not being trained properly that cause you to hang up on me. You should take more pride in your job, you have great doctors and a company that you are actually representing. As a business owner myself, I would not tolerate your behavior to be a part of my staff/team on how you treated my clients/patients. You are very fortunate to work for Revere Health and their doctors, or to even have a job. Scott Bingham is a fraud and a disgust to his patients. My mother saw him for a couple of years. The last appointment we went to I recorded for our records. She had been diagnosed with AFIB back in 2014 by multiple doctors. All notated, all tests available, she had it. Dr. Bingham told her she did not have it and no longer needed blood thinners. Guess what dr bingham, she had multiple strokes due to AFIB and almost died because of your malpractice. I recorded our conversation on my phone the last time we spoke and you told my mom multiple times she didn't have AFIB at all, you told her that she didn't need medication for it. You told her that she could go to a concentration camp to lose weight. YES IT IS RECORDED WITH YOUR VOICE. This is sick! you deserve to have your license ripped from you so you can NEVER practice again. You have no business treating anyone, especially the elderly. You are going to be sued, this is just me being honest. I am about the blast the recording all over the internet as well. You disgust me in every way possible. You treat your patients horribly and with ZERO respect. I hope you lose everything for what you have done. My mom will NEVER be the same due to your malpractice. I suggest someone get with me about this in a timely manner to get it resolved outside of court and media etc. I pray that you NEVER are able to see another patient again. I use to love coming here and always had positive experiences with this office and all the doctors and NP's here. I've been a patient here for more than 3 years and now that I'm pregnant with my first, every experience I have here is negative. I feel like my concerns are always diminished and they tell me to take more zofran and drink more water. Like I'm not already doing everything they've told me already. Reverse Health on line diet program I brought the program and then realised I would not be able to follow it on the same day I requested a refund the customer service person ask me to try for two weeks and if I still was not happy they would do a full refund. After this time I ask for a refund and needless to say I did not get one. I was offered a free lifetime membership to a program not useful to me. read more

I had a much needed pulmonology appointment today in Provo. I work full time and busted my butt to get to my appointment. I ran in ten minutes late and they already had me as a "no show". I asked and very nicely to speak to the doctor and let him know that it was very important that I be seen, even for a shorter appointment. I have sleep apnea and my mask is not working well. I am not getting good sleep. I can not order a new mask without a prescription. The front desk person asked the dr and explained that I ran from my work/home in Draper and explained my situation. He said no, he would not see me. I, in tears, asked again and she did and and he said no. Where is the compassion or understanding? I'm beyond upset and will never go back. read more

I am a patient of the Pulmonary Clinic in Provo. I had to have a DMV firm filled out by Dr Hill. We missed the receptionist by 5mins -lunch break though we were there before her time to leave. We waited 30mins for her to get back. Then we were told Dr Hill was not in that day - something the other receptionist could have told us when we arrived. I told the receptionist I preferred to come back and pick up the form and she told me she would text me when it was ready for pick-up. I waited a week and had not heard from her so I called the office. After wAiting on the phone for some time, I was told that he firm had been faxed back to the DMV on Friday. I then went on line and made an appt for 10:20 on April 23rd. That morning a receptionist from the office called and asked if I was using my CPAP. I thought it a strange question to be asking me, but I answered yes. She said OK she would Mark it on the form. I questioned her about that saying someone from that office informed me that the form had been faxed back to the DMV over a week ago and that I had an appt that day. I went to the DMV and sure enough they did not have the form. To say the least I was furious. I then went back to the medical office to try to clear this up. I spoke to the same receptionist I had originally left the form with. She looked it up on the computer and said she did not see where they had faxed the form. The. She proceeds to tell me I needed to bring my CPAP machine in to the office to be ready before the form can be signed by Dr Hill. Are you freaking kidding me!!! How many times do I need to come to the office - can't you tell me all I need to do at the original visit. I am a handicapped 72 year old woman who needs a chauffeur to drive me as I do not have my license. How incompetent do you need to be to be a receptionist at that office. Sure they were apologetic, but at this point that did not wash with me. I now have to go back to the clinic, machine in hand, AND they tell me once it is read, they will hand me the form to take back to the DMV. What about Dr Hills signature. I went to Revere Health for a CT Scan and an ultrasound. I paid two $30 copays for the procedures. It went well. But then I received a bill for another $60 for each--$120 total. They had added those fees after the fact. My copays should have covered my entire share of the bill. So why didn't my insurance cover the extra charge? The reason was printed right on Revere's statement. Quote directly: "Charge exceeds fee schedule, maximum allowable, or contra," (the rest was cut off at the side of the page). In other words, Revere was making additional charges that were excessive and over the maximum allowable. Revere blames the insurance company and the insurance compnay blames Revere Health. How convenient. I called the insurance company and played phone tag with several employees who passed the buck to each other. They blamed Revere Health. Finally, after 1 hr and 10 min, they hung up. I called the Billing Office and explained the overcharge and was (surprise, surprise) put on hold. After 17 minutes, the receptionist came back online and said she was transferring my call to her supervisor. The phone rang and I got a recording saying they weren't there. So then I went there in person. After waiting for about 15 minutes (not unreasonable), I went to the supervisor's office. She did nothing but stonewall and blame the insurance company, despite the reason was printed ON THEIR OWN BILL. I don't know if the supervisor had to be a pompous ass to get that job or if she became one afterward, but she was eminently qualified. She just kept repeating the same line over and over, blah blah blah. It was the insurance company's fault. So there was no sense talking to her. I left with her sarcastically repeating, "Have a nice day. Have a nice day. Have a nice day," until I was out the door. Yeah, I was having a nice day until I met her! I am sure this is not an isolated incident. I think they routinely charge patients extra fees of this type and most people just pay it. Revere makes millions, if not tens of millions, on these excessive charges every year. You pay or it goes to collections with the consequences of that. They will not remove their overcharges. They don't care if you don't ever go there again. They have it made and there is no reason for them to care about you. They were paid $1,299 for the procedures and they will gladly throw that away to collect their ovecharge or $120 and lose your business for good. It is tripping over dollars to pick up pennies. My PCP is with Revere and I love the care I get there. But I will never have another procedure done at Revere unless there is just no other choice. Please, people. Stay away from Revere Health. Worst place ever. You never actually see a doctor ever. Always a NP or graduate student. I went in with an ear infection and they sent me to a specialist who said it was swimmers ear. The office staff is rude and will not help. The office states Dr. Jones, but he has left to teach at BYU so you will never see him. I would avoid this office at all costs. Dealing with Revere Health is a chore. But I had to follow up, follow up, and follow up. When they say they will call with information, they don't. Then, After I had paid the outstanding balance on my bill, an additional $16 was added. I was never informed about the balance, then they sent it to a third-party collection company. $16 to collections and I had no idea there was even a balance outstanding. I haven't had any problems with billing (I noticed a lot of complaints on here about that) but I have good insurance, so that may be why. In any case, I came today for OB/GYN and the staff was pleasant, polite and helpful. I felt that my needs were addressed and have no complaints. I did think it was odd that the paper the doctor gave me to hand to the receptionist had a line on it saying I had refused a flu vaccination; I mentioned to the receptionist that I had never been offered one and certainly wouldn't have refused if offered. She didn't know what that was about either. So that was odd but not really a big deal. read more

The care I have received at Revere Health has always been professional yet personable. The receptionist were the kindest ladies and weren't afraid to laugh with you, especially when you're having a rough day (obviously, that's why I was there. lol). I've been seeing Dr. Kirt Kimball and although his reputation of being of the highest arrogance, I am still glad I chose him as my surgeon. I consider myself an athlete and he is/was on the BYU athletic surgical team, so I wanted to be treated as if I were one of them. He has always been super confident that his strategies were working, even when they didn't, he knew exactly want to do to fix it. For example, when my knee continues to have excess swelling when he said it shouldn't be, I went in and he was genuinely concerned with my flexion, so he put me on a steroid for a week. It helped me by leaps and bounds in my progression. I haven't doubted his techniques, but I was not afraid to show him my concerns and ask millions of questions. Don't be afraid of his dramatic cockiness. I think he's earned it. ;) read more

I absolutely will not use Revere Health again. I visited their office in American Fork over 2 years ago. As it was my first visit to this office I filled out all the usual new patient paperwork. Five months later I got a call from collections because we had never paid our bill. I had NEVER received a bill! I asked what address the bills were sent to and they gave me an address I hadn't lived at for 7 years in a completely different part of the state. They also were using the out of date insurance information!! I gave collections my updated information and they said they would update the account and get it taken care of. I didn't hear anything again until March 2023. The insurance claim STILL wasn't processed correctly and now they are saying I owe 9 times more than I would have if it were done correctly. Don't ask me why collections didn't contact me for a year and a half with an update. I spoke with Revere Health and asked them to withdraw the account from collections so that it can be processed through insurance but they are refusing AND they are still using outdated information for me even though I requested it be updated. It never would have been sent to collections in the first place if they had done their job correctly!! They refuse to take any responsibility though. My sister said she's had the exact same problem with Revere Health TWICE!! Avoid them at all costs if you can! Also, I don't know why it says I'm from San Francisco. I live in Lehi, UT. read more

BILLING SCAM!! I am never going back to Revere Health. I went in for an appointment back in May and they are still trying to charge me even though I was very explicitly paying that same day. At this time I didn't have insurance because I was newly graduated and hadn't started my career yet. So I told them that I didn't have insurance and that I would be paying out of pocket that same day so I could get the 30% discount. I paid at the end of the day and walked away. Two weeks later I had another appointment and I did the same thing, I paid out of pocket and said it was because I didn't have insurance. Days after that second appointment I got a bill for my first appointment telling me that they contacted my insurance and they didn't pay so now I owed more money. But what insurance did they bill?? The insurance I specifically said multiple times that I did not have. Anyway long story short, I called and they removed that charge. But every so often in the last 5 months they have added on new charges and told me that I owe them for something else. I've called them twice today after they left me a voicemail (they didn't even try calling) and they just sat there silently on the other end. They are very obviously a billing scam, and they are trying to get more money than they deserve. Now that I have insurance, I am most definitely never giving a dime to Revere Health ever again. The lab staff was great and super friendly, the male OBGYNs have a hard time looking you in the eyes and only recommend birth control and other hormonal solutions to issues caused by hormonal medications. read more

I was a patient of Dr. Jackson for over 35 years; long before Revere was a thought. When he retired I was sad to see him go as he was a fantastic doctor. I recently called to find a new doctor and scheduled with Dr. Wallentine. His scheduling gal, Kristin, scheduled me but then let me know that I had to see the PA. I told her I was not wanting to schedule with the PA but with the doctor. She said that I had to see the PA first and then Dr. Wallentine would come in at the end. I went ahead and scheduled but the whole "Oh, you have to see the PA first" really bugged me as Dr. Jackson knew I did not like seeing the PA's and he accommodated that. I ended up canceling my appointment for the mere fact that I do not want to see a PA; if I did I would have scheduled with one. When I talked to Kristin to cancel, I told her my reason and let her know that in all the years I saw Dr. Jackson, I never had to see a PA. All she could say was she would cancel for me. She had no desire to accommodate a long time patient or to even try for that matter. It is sad that the wishes of the patients are no longer taken into account. All we are is money in the bank. After 35 plus years, I will no longer be a patient of Revere Orthopedics. If I wanted to see a PA, I would have scheduled with one. DO NOT force patients to be seen by someone they do not want to be seen by. This is bad practice! It may not bother some people, but it bothers me. read more

Horrible billing practices. Went here because office was so much closer than my regular clinic and I only needed a wellness check physical. During the wellness check I was asked about meds that I'm on and we discussed blood pressure. Apparently, for this company, that discussion resulted in the issuance of TWO office visit charges rather than just the wellness office visit. Obviously, insurance refused to pay for two visits so I was stuck with the cost of the "second" visit (although I waited for 45 minutes to see the DR we only spent 10 minutes, at most, in the examination. When discussing the problems that I had with the double-billing for a single office exam the supervisor of patient services told me that questions about blood pressure, the meds that I'm on, and the lipid blood test that was done are outside of a normal wellness check and thus I was charged twice! Seriously?! During a wellness visit with this corporation you can't talk about blood pressure and checking your cholesterol is considered as "extra?" I'll never make the mistake of visiting this gawd-awful clinic again! read more

I will be specific, but I have doubts it will change anything or appear anywhere to inform others in making a decision about their healthcare. I had trouble with most of the support staff at Revere. My appointments were made and then, twice, when I got to the office, they claimed I didn't have an appointment and told me the appointments were scheduled and the reminders sent from an off-site location, which they didn't control. Even though I was given a card with the date and time appointed and received email reminders, we were sent away. I say "we" because I'm legally blind and have to have my sister take off work to accommodate my appointments because I can't drive. She is also helping me write this and has been a witness to this mayhem! I had an 8 o'clock appointment one morning along with another patient. We both sat in the office of the gut doctor across the hall until the staff arrived at 8:30. I was told on every reminder to be there 15 minutes early, so their time wasn't wasted, but my time was never considered. As for the physical therapy department, Douglas K Bagley was the first therapist I saw and made the first splint for my hand after surgery. I told him the splint was extremely uncomfortable, being so tight around my thumb and the poorly designed molding had a rim of plastic on my incision. It also thrust my hand back in an unnatural position, causing intense pain. He had to grease my thumb to get the splint off to examine it, did nothing, pushed it back on my greased thumb and then said "It will work just fine." After several hours of wearing the painful splint, my hand was so swollen I had to heat the plastic to get it off. I made an appointment for the next day and, when we arrived, they claimed we had never made an appointment. I was not allowed to see anybody and they said to use a brace, I had used before surgery, to stabilize my hand until the next appointment 2 weeks later. Bagley also told me he was going to get paid $500 for making the splint whether it worked or not. I called my insurance to see if there was anything that could be done and they said if it was coded correctly they had no choice but to pay the bill. On the second appointment, Bagley was not there and I was able to see Mary, in physical therapy, and she was amazing! However, at subsequent appointments, they would not allow me to see her because she was "only an assistant" and Bagley would not get paid if I saw her. I asked if there was a different physical therapist, rather than Bagley, and they said I could see a therapist in Salina, Utah, approximately 100 miles away, if I chose to change. I found my own therapy and was glad I did. The doctor told me, at my final appointment, that I was ahead of the curve from what he had seen in others. I give that good review to the physical therapy I found on my own. The doctor's office doesn't really care about the physical therapy because the physical therapist only rents space from them, or Revere, and is an outside contractor. I assume they get paid for the space whether the therapist is good or not. Also, if the therapist is bad it just gives them more business. I did like the Doctor, and he did do a good job. However, when I had my first appointment I was scheduled to see the doctor and was, without my approval, rescheduled to see the PA. So, when I got there, I told them I needed to see the doctor for a diagnosis as originally scheduled. I was told I would have to reschedule then, which I did, and they sent us away. Our time was wasted over and over and over again without any consideration of our obligations. After the surgery, I didn't get to see the doctor again until my final appointment. Levi is a good PA. However, I was not told upfront that I wouldn't be seeing the doctor, I don't think that's right. I assume the doctor got paid for me seeing a PA and yet I could not see an "assistant physical therapist". I was in fact told "she is only an assistant" by the PA, "Physician's Assistant" right? As for billing, the very first bill I got from the billing department in February, 3 months after my surgery and having called Revere and my insurance, stated that if I did not pay my bill by 4/14/22, they were going to send me to a collection agency. That was my first bill and that letter was in my first bill. Everyone I had spoken to, Revere's billing and my insurance, assured me the bill had been taken care of, so I wasn't expecting a threatening letter or a bill. When I called Revere's billing to ask why I received a threatening letter, they stated "we wanted to be sure you paid, being threatening is a matter of your opinion". When somebody says they're going to take me to a collection agency, I find that threatening. Also, if they find it necessary to threaten their patients, on the first notice, they're obviously not getting paid because patients think everything is paid up because they don't get a bill for months after the surgery. 1 star is the lowest rating if there was lower I would choose it!!! Revere health is the worst company EVER! I paid my bill when I left from my appointments every time since I've seen my provider.. And every time I did I still received a bill for total amount 1 week later.. They made me leave my keys or a credit card at the front desk because I was self pay, even after I paid my bill immediately after appointment!!! The actions of the directer and staff were less than professional to me a Hispanic man.. The last time I entered I paid my bill at the end like always and asked the receptionist to note I paid please do not send anymore bills after I had already paid.. Well 1 week later received a bill again even though my balance was 0. I told them next time I receive another bill after I paid I would seek legal advice about harassment fire my bill that's already paid every time.. 2 to 3 weeks later I got notice that my service from my provider is terminated after I seen her since 2010.. I do not know 1 business who would turn away a customer who pays the bill at the end of every visit without question!!!!! Guaranteed payment then and there, except for ever health, worst company EVER!!! I do not think revere even let my provider know this was they're choice and did this to me.. I implore you to choose a company who cares and is civil to all customers no matter your color or your payment preference.. This review is regarding. St George Revere health physical therapy department. I had a knee replacement 4 months ago and went to their physical therapy for three months. I recently switched over to a different company so now I have something to compare them to. I am incredibly disappointed. First of all there is not a good initial assessment, no discussion of long and short term goals. Two physicals therapists on staff that are totally uninvolved with care and outcomes. You work with a series of aides and assistants unable to address your concerns or form. No tips on what not to do. Unfortunately I feel like I have wasted three months of time and money. Don't be obligated to stay with someone that is not committed to your health and rehabilitation. read more

Is this how you treat your patient? This nurse named Hannah Shirley started yelling at my husband asking him if he even had a Degree when he asked why they had to check his son again, after they had already been told he was clear and they were printing the memo for his negative TB test. At that point my son was already in the car. I found this very unprofessional! And you have the guts to complain and now Revere Health revoked and terminated any of my Son's medical needs? Shame on you not asking us what happened? She came to our car and acted super mad and I asked her what's going on? She yelled and said I need to see your Son's arm again! I said I thought you said we're good to go that's why we go out in the car and let my husband wait for the paperwork. Hannah, questioning and intimidating someone if they have a Degree or what is not the how you treat people! What if I don't have a Degree?, you are gonna treat me like how you treated us? While you are super sweet and nice to the other clients? You might have a Degree and Masters but it doesn't give you the right to treat and yell people specially in front of my kid. I was supposed to go down and make a complaint about how you treated us but I just let it go and just think that you might be tired or having a bad day. Yelling me and treating my husband like that doesn't makes you a better person with the Degree. I would also like to note, Dr. Steven Berry is my Sons PCM. Who he and I absolutely adore. I hope to continue care with him. I understand the clinic we went to was not his office, but his network. I hope we can do the right thing by our child and have his care reinstated as we're a military family and my son is a first generation Asian-American whom has adjustment/trust issues. We have great rapport with Dr. Berry. I went to see Dr. Benjamin Crouch to get an injection for my back to help with a pinched nerve. The doctor would not take the time required to get my questions answered after the injection. I felt like he just wanted to move on to the next patient because he could make more money by doing as many patients as he could in a day. He told me my questions would be answered on my next visit with the PA. I became upset because he would not take the time that I needed for that visit. My questions could not wait. And my back is not getting any better. I went to an orthopedist in Bakersfield CA that was much better. He spent as much time with me as I wanted him to. My back got better after that until I reinjured it last year. I will be switching doctors and going to a different clinic. read more

We have been trying to address billing issues for the past 2 months. The health insurance company is requesting additional information and Revere Health is not providing it. Revere Health continues to bill us, though. Plus after 2 requests, they have not billed the insurance for the first medical visit that they required we pay up front, in full, so there is no way we can attempt to get reimbursement. I have just looked on BBB and their rating is an F all due to billing issues. I have called the billing department and spoke with someone they call a patient advocate. This advocate has verbally promised all to be taken care of from getting the information submitted to the insurance company and copies of bills. I will not be recommending Revere Health to anyone or using them ever again! It was a total waste of time and money! My husband went here for sleep issues. It took forever to meet with anyone we waited for months. They did not help us at all and they double billed us multiple times trying to get as much money from us as possible. When we told them it was a double bill they basically didn't care and said we had to pay up. Doctors were a joke and not helpful at all. It should not take 7 months to get through 3 appointments. Their salem location is much more efficient and there is less of a wait. The provo location is really slow... 35 minutes and still waiting..i wonder if they'd allow me to draw my own blood? Both locations fail to convey the results of lab wrk ti the doctors requesting it. I always have to tell the doctors office and they call revere. It cant be that hard to digitally send the results without drs asking! read more
