The ER is very clean. It's about a year old. It's your typical hours long wait time after you get triaged to get a room. Everyone we've encountered has been really friendly and good with my daughter. They' all have offered us a snack or drink. X-rays went well and the exam room was decorated cute and clean. Underwater themed. The technician was friendly and gentle with my daughter. The only thing I didn't appreciate is the Covid tested my daughter without asking and that has never happened to us before usually it's asked first. Plenty of parking.

NOT to pay up front. I told your clerk this and she refused to hear it. She would not allow my surgery to begin until she had received 50% payment and a payment plan set up and signed. I felt pressured and very bullied! All while in a very vulnerable situation. I was nervous for my procedure and in a HOSPITAL GOWN. Is this how you run your business?!?!?!? I just got off the phone with my insurance company (DMBA), and they confirmed that I was not obligated to pay upfront. IT IS A NEGOTIATED ITEM WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY that I am responsible for my out-of-pocket max AFTER the insurance has paid. YOU BROKE CONTRACT with this behaviour. Instead of carefully evaluating him, the doctor dismissed any attempt to diagnose and immediately used terrifying language, telling us our "baby could crash" and urgently needed an ambulance to the ER. This was completely unnecessary and panic-inducing. When we got to the ER, the doctor told us it was just a mild case of croup. They gave him a steroid and sent us home--simple as that. But thanks to Reverse Health's scare tactics, we were left with a $1,000+ ER bill. To make matters worse, Reverse Health told me they would waive the visit fee, but they charged me anyway. When I received the bill, I tried to dispute it, but every time I called, I was transferred and promised a call back from someone in charge. That call never came. I had to keep following up, and to this day, no one has reached out. Even though my insurance covered most of it, the $25 I was left to pay feels like a bigger issue--if they can't honor their word on something that small, how can I trust them with anything more important? This place is disorganized and unprofessional. I wouldn't trust them with my family's care again. Go somewhere else.

He worked hard to really understand what I was going through and how I was feeling. He answered all of my questions. The office itself is always very busy. But the staff has always been polite. I would have given them 5 stars, but sometimes they can get backed up quite a bit. One time they got behind by about an hour or so which was kind of annoying. And they are usually booked out a good 6 weeks. I do appreciate that they have a lab in the building, so if you ever need blood work done, it is right there. Overall, I will for sure be going here for all my rheumatology needs.

From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in extraordinary hands. Dr. Taylor is not only a gifted Physical Therapist -- he is also an Osteopath, and that distinction made all the difference. On my very first visit, he provided a comprehensive osteopathic treatment, followed by stim therapy and aquatic therapy. I left feeling dramatically better than when I arrived, and with a clear, structured 6-week rehabilitation plan ahead of my next orthopedic surgeon appointment. That level of thoroughness and intentionality on a first visit is rare. What truly moved me, however, was this: I came in for my knee, but the fall had also aggravated an old neck injury. Without me even having to ask, Dr. Taylor took the time to assess and treat both areas. That kind of attentive, whole-person care is something you simply don't encounter every day. FYZICAL in Orem is THE place to go for pelvic floor physical therapy. I was referred here by my…read moresurgeon after my hysterectomy. Pelvic floor PT involves everything from the diaphragm to the pelvic floor - it's so much more (and so much better!) than you think! My therapist, Kimball, is so kind and incredibly knowledgeable. He treats me with respect and explains everything to my satisfaction. He did a thorough assessment and created a personalized therapy plan for me. I always feel comfortable and safe with him. The PTAs, Lexi and Julie, are AMAZING. These women really know their stuff. They are both kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and intuitive. They give me the right exercises to strengthen the right muscles to help my pelvis, back, SI joints, etc. While I'm there, I have a private room and receive one on one attention. We do the stretches, exercises, and other therapeutic activities (e.g., massage, cupping) that I can't do at home. They follow my plan but make changes as needed depending on how I'm doing and feeling. The front desk staff and other assistants are also wonderful. They are always helpful and kind. The rooms are always clean and everything is tidy. They take good care of you here. I'm making excellent progress, so when my insurance ran out (I'm limited to 20 visits/plan year) I kept going. I'm paying out of pocket because it's helping so much. It's absolutely worth it. I have chronic, debilitating low back pain and I've had two ablations done. With this therapy, I function so much better with less pain. I don't plan to get another ablation done. Pelvic floor PT really works. Anyone whose had a baby, abdominal surgery, experiences incontinence, has a prolapse of any kind, etc. would benefit from this therapy. You have to do the work but it's totally worth it. FYZICAL has an app where they load all the exercises you need to do at home. They each have a video in case you forget how to do them. This is one of my favorite things. I'm motivated by streaks so it helps me do my exercises every day. You can also make appointments using the app. For pelvic floor PT, it's essential you see the right therapists. In my opinion, FYZICAL is the only place to go. The therapists and PTAs are incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, and highly trained in pelvic floor PT. They're the best! I would never go anywhere else.

The reason I went in was because I was coughing a lot and spitting up flehm and had lost my taste. Fortunately I tested negative. I was disappointed I wasn't recommended anything for the cough and flehm discharge. I wound up going to my doctor on Wednesday. He prescribe an antibiotic for my issue.
