Wow! Reverend Don was my brothers officiant for his wedding and I thought he was so good I decided to ask him if he would officiate our wedding as well! Reverend Don Toshach was a spectacular officiant! He worked with us for several months to create the best ceremony possible, and made it very easy to work with him over the phone and through email (we live in Washington DC but our wedding was in Southern California, where we are from). He really knows how to make the ceremony personal and fun, while also making it special in a "higher meaning" kind of way. We did not want our ceremony to be too religious, but it was important to me that it incorporated God and some Catholic tradition. Don was really good at helping us keep it balanced in the way we wanted it to be. He was also very helpful with suggestions for readings. After the ceremony, we had several family members compliment the ceremony and my Aunt said it was the best one she had ever heard. Don is also good at improvising, as we totally forgot to get roses to hand to our parents for their recognition. I had spent a couple of days calling around, looking for an officiant that was able to meet the unique needs of our destination wedding in San Diego.
