I typically don't ever review anyone and this is my first review. We found Dr. Braveheart to be very professional and his attention to detail is exceptional. I never have been married before so I called Riverside County recorder's office about getting marriage license and they informed me they were not doing any in person meetings or ceremonies, but they gave me a few names that could help in obtaining the license and someone that could perform the ceremony. Dr. Braveheart was one of the ones I called, he promptly returned my call, he explained his process and how important the information we provide is accurate. He mentioned about the Zelle process to hold a date, I didn't reserve right away, but after we decided on a date, I called him and sending the deposit via Zelle was the best, as it seems to be the preferred way of sending money these days. Once we secured the date, he emailed me all the paperwork we needed to complete for him, like a practice run, he completes all the paperwork at his office. He was also very flexible on our date. We had originally set it for the 24th, but had to change it because we needed the time for our marriage agreement to be signed with our attorneys, which requires min of 7 days before we can get married. One week prior to our ceremony, we scheduled a call with him to go over all the paperwork to make sure everything was 100% correct and to go over how the ceremony would go, he helped us understand how everything would come together. Our ceremony was on the 26th of June. He arrived, we signed all the paperwork, had a little ceremony, which took about 15 minutes. My fiancé and I were to be married on June 7th, but due to the COVID quarantine shut down, all county offices were closed, and no marriage licenses were being issued. I was able to email a county office official and she told me about a 'Confidential' Marriage License, that could be obtained under special conditions through an authorized Notary. She gave me a list of 5 authorized Notaries, all of which I left voicemails for, and Dr. Braveheart was on that list. Dr. Braveheart was the first to return my call later that day, and the other 4 contacts either didn't call back or called days later. Also with much patience, as I sometimes need things explained to me a few times. He was also available and so gracious, when I called a couple of weeks later, to ask questions about items he had previously explained. We are grateful to Dr. Braveheart for his Notary service and that he helped to make our desired wedding date happen. We already had a dear friend selected as our officiant prior to meeting Dr. Braveheart. After meeting him, should I have required an officiant, I would have happily enlisted him to be our officiant. My wife and I recently renewed our vows for our 30th wedding anniversary while on a family vacation at an Airbnb in Indio. About 5 weeks before our trip, I found Dr. Braveheart on Yelp and contacted him. I had an initial phone call to set-up the date, time and answer some general questions. He scheduled another call with my wife and I together, in order for him to get to know us better.
