I would choose this wedding venue over and over again! I am beyond happy with how magical our wedding turned out. We decided to get married in Feb because it was more affordable for us and woah did I make the best decision. It can be risky because of rain and snow, however when the stars aligned you get magic! We got rain and snow a week before our wedding and we got a beautiful backdrop of the snowy mountains! The weather was perfection, sunny at 60 degs. The venue is a full package deal! It includes DJ, cake, food, staff, table set up, and some flowers! They even have a piano included. You can also remove items if you rather choose a different vendors. They are paired with citrus blossom as preferred vendor and I 100% recommend her cake! DJ Kevro was awesome! They host an annual open house to meet the vendors and really get a feel what your wedding may feel like! I highly recommend making it to this event once you book! You do not want to miss this because you also win prices! These vendors are giving out generous prices! The staff were lovely to work with. I was in constant communication with Stacy and she was so helpful! Laura was our wedding manager and she was attentive to detail and I throughly enjoyed our final walk through with her. On the wedding day, she managed all the vendors and food and made sure everything moved smoothly. We were lucky to have our wedding assistance Andrew and Carolyn to be with bride and groom the entire day! I would have been lost without them! I heard from the boys that she sewed one of their buttons! She held my flowers and dress train when I was tired. She helped me use the restroom!! She even spoke up for me when my videographer was not listening to me! Andrew made sure we had time to eat during dinner and helped the boys in anything they needed! A gorgeous venue for an outdoor wedding!! I was so grateful to be able to have attended a wedding here. You get to enjoy the calm and tranquil mountain backdrop, beautiful weather, and the amazing views. We were all outdoors the whole ceremony and reception from day to night, and the candlelit-type lighting was absolutely gorgeous. The gardens are well-maintained, the pathway leading to the reception area was a path that really helped build the anticipation. Coming here definitely ignites a spark of wanting to get married yourself!!! Lol. There's a private parking lot to park at with plenty of space. We were late coming here but got to find a spot easily!! Staff even let us go in their golf carts that transported us through the path. The reception was organized so well, with the staff ensuring the food was perfect to guests' dietary needs (nut allergies, vegetarian, etc). I loved the open bar offered, and you first show your ID to get drinks. The place was full of love that day and I also had so much fun being near the open fire pit to roast some smores!! Dance floor was beautiful with the tiles and large, plenty of space to roam around too. I loved how open the air was and dancing hard didn't get you feeling stuffy. My niece got married here a couple months ago and it was magical! The views and peacefulness this venue offers is incredible. You feel like you're in a fairy tale. You can either request outdoor wedding or indoor at their barn. Either one is gorgeous! They do have vendors they recommend for everything needed for the wedding. During the summer it gets a bit warm but they do provide umbrellas and in the evening it starts to get cooler so it's really never uncomfortable. Serendipity Garden weddings is a beautiful venue! It's in the hills of Oak Glen and has beautiful mountains surrounding it so it makes for a naturally gorgeous backdrop. Our friends got married in early February and wanted their ceremony outside and it was COLD! To be fair they did let us know weeks in advance how to dress but that cold still got through lol The staff was very helpful and friendly and the little details in everything is what I noticed. I'm not if the event space sets up everything or not but it was well organized and beautifully decorated. There are some hills to get down to the ceremony and reception area and then leaving there was a climb. I loved the open bar (they had 3 signature drinks and whatever else people requested along with red and white wine) and little appetizers before the reception ( mini charcuterie cups, tomato soup and cheese croutons and Mac and cheese balls). There was a fire pit and some heating lamps that helped warmed you up a bit. Once inside the reception space was a bit tight in between seats but that was probably due to the number of guest they had. It was a barn like location and that as well was beautifully decorated. The salad and dinner( chicken, beef, mashed potatoes and veggies and roll) were very good and filling. The dance floor I do wish was bigger because it felt like everyone wanted to dance and at times you had to step off the floor since there was no room. We came here from Reno Nevada for a wedding and it was absolutely beautiful and of course I took pictures and posted it on Insta and I got so many reactions from people asking me where this was, even from some future brides, looking for some prospective venues! I love this place and how it has different layers to it and at the top of the parking lot and then you kind of stroll down to where you're going to have dinner and the reception on that floor as well as a bride little get ready room where you can use to get ready for the day and has AC, which we love because one of the days it reached up to 118°! On the next lower level, I know they also have a grooms get ready room with the pool table as well as AC rooms for the groom and the groomsmen! And on the lowest layer there is the venue with amazing white seeds that overlook beautiful view. We had rehearsal here as well, and it was absolutely stunning. The views are breathtaking and the staff is so observant and so nice. They even learned our names and I don't understand how they did that in one day cause I couldn't if i tried to be honest. They were just on point in willing to be there for the bride in the groom and whatever they needed. My rating would definitely be a 4.5, but after a lot of thought, I decided I needed to choose the 4 over the 5. 1. The venue: it is amazing. No doubt about it. Best months April to June and I think Sept. - Nov they said? That's when their flowers usually bloom. I got married April 22, 2023 and unfortunately did not have any flowers bloom. But that was because of the weather! So much snow this year! No fault of the venue at all. The estimated temperature that day was the lowest to be 54 I believe. I agonized about moving it indoors, but the temperature was actually great because during the TIME that we were actually there, it never actually got THAT low. Plus all that dancing keeps everyone warm. 2. The food: The food is good. Don't worry about it. We used the bakery they recommended. I believe we got the raspberry something. Honestly, the cake wasn't a big deal to me, and we just chose what we both thought tasted good. Apparently people at the wedding really liked the cake because they came up to tell us so. 3. Photobooth: OMG DO NOT GET IT. WASTE OF MONEY. I am more upset over this because I spent a great deal of time here because I like photobooth pictures and hoped to use a lot of them for my wedding scrapbook. They're all so blurry I can't use any. If the camera was on the wrong setting and apologies were made, fine. But when I brought up the blurriness, I was told that they seemed clear to them. Nah. 85% of my photos you can't even see the whites of the eyes of my guests. And its NOT cuz most of us are asian, okay? 4. Service. I was pretty upset because I wanted the horse and carriage and I want to say the venue and I both dropped the ball on this and I didn't get it. I KNOW I said I wanted it right off the bat, but I THINK they said I had to remind them before the wedding. Which I didn't remember, so it didn't happen. Whatever. I got over it. The venue has POOR reception, so some of you might have to be prepared to deal with no communication. Which can be stressful. Sometimes I didn't have the bridal assistant or the wedding coordinator with me and it felt frustrating, but I had to remind myself that they have A LOT going on. Just remember that there's more that the staff do that you probably aren't aware of. Overall, they're so friendly and I do believe they do their best. They are VERY good at responding even before the wedding. Emails and even text messages (a bit before the wedding) are quick to help ease any questions you have. I appreciate that the most, having good communication. I also had quite a few compliments about the servers for the tables. 5. Extra Plus: Piano player during cocktail hour. This is the ONE thing I didn't get to experience because of course, I'm busy taking pictures! I do hope everyone enjoyed it though! And I DO believe it's such a nice, beautiful and classy touch to your wedding. 6. Location: easy to miss the entrance, but has their own parking lot PLUS an over flow parking lot, I believe. I did NOT hear of any issues with getting a parking spot at this venue and I had about 170 guests 7. Bridal Cottage: extra cost but the cuteness is totally worth it, I think. One bathroom awkwardly doesn't have a curtain for the window....so people might see you pee, but we just put a frame there to ease our minds. Other than that, I don't regret getting this. 8. Extra Plus: Grooms suite included plus grooms' assistant. Groom's suite includes a pool table and two small rooms for the guys to sit and chill or change in. read more

Wow. Where do I start with Serendipity venue. From the very first call to the open house to the meetings and the final wedding, the staff were truly remarkable. Staci and Julia were a miracle to work with. They were so helpful and calm and helped me leading up to my big day. There truly is no other venue like Serendipity for the price, location, and vendor list. I was on the fence until I saw the venue in person I started crying with how beautiful the scenery and nature was. Everyone at my wedding complimented how beautiful the venue was and how well run the wedding was. Their staff ran a tight ship all while having fun with us and making our day even more memorable. Unfortunately, I forgot to bring my sunglasses so there was some squinting involved during the ceremony. It was back up after the ceremony for hor d'oeuvres. It was beautiful during sunset and it made for some great photos. Once the sun had set it got chilly. This was the most amazing place for my best friends wedding and as the maid of honor I was super impressed with how well everything went and ran super smoothly. Ashley was the biggest and best help and even drove us around on w golf cart so we didn't have to walk up and down the hill (which was a pretty big hill) multiple times through the day! The bartender Lizzie was also so so amazing ! Thank you guys for making this day run so smoothly and helping us in every way shape and form. It was absolutely DROP DEAD GORGEOUS TOO!! An absolutely beautiful venue for a wedding! Unfortunately, when we were there last weekend it was incredibly hot! There was very little shade where we were seated during the ceremony and the bamboo fans provided were only slightly helpful. The officiant could not be heard; which was very disappointing. I love weddings and would have loved to hear the ceremony for this beautiful couple. Anyone who visits this venue will find the grounds and views stunning! I highly recommend low heels or flats. The walk from the parking lot to the ceremony and from there to the cocktail area then to the reception area involves walking up and down some stairs and hills. Some areas include a "boardwalk" which seemed quite treacherous for those wearing high heels. The food, drinks and service were exceptional at this venue. read more

My husband and I just got married at Serendipity Garden recently, and we are still over the moon with how wonderful this venue and their team has been from the very start of the wedding planning stages. Special thanks to Staci for her amazing and prompt communication! We are from New Jersey and always dreamt of getting married in the mountains of California. We booked this venue before seeing it in person. After finally touring Serendipity a few months later, we were absolutely speechless. It was even more breathtaking in person. You had it all, from the mountains to the rose bushes. The views were unmatched. The all inclusive wedding package they offered-- from the wedding cake, floral credit, DJ, etc-- also made the wedding planning SO much easier. This minimized our wedding stress by several degrees, and their preferred vendors were truly experts at their crafts and delivered high quality results. Last but not least, we would like to acknowledge and mention two remarkable people from the team, that especially helped make our wedding day seamless, fun, and a complete dream -- Laura and Lizzie! We cannot rave enough about these awesome ladies! Laura was our event coordinator. She was just as dedicated and invested in our wedding as we were, and it showed through her hard work and commitment, not only on the day of the wedding, but even several days leading up to the big day. Laura took care of all the details, and always made sure we were stress free. She was kind, sweet, comforting, and accommodating throughout the whole process. She is beyond a valuable asset to the Serendipity team, and we are extremely grateful for her. Lizzie was my bridal assistant. Lizzie was right by my side from the start to the end of the day. She made serious magic happen, from making sure we were keeping up with our wedding timeline to roll calling our family for portraits. She is like the superstar bridesmaid that every bride needs with such a contagious positive energy. This is a super late review as I wanted to add photos from our day and I just moved lol. Our wedding day was on August 27, 2021. Finding a wedding venue was my absolute least favorite part of wedding planning. My husband and I traveled all over Southern California to try and find a wedding venue that we liked and nothing really sticked. Only to find that not only Serendipity Garden was in our own backyard, but also the perfect option. I remember when I got engaged, Serendipity Garden became my top choice. Sadly, we ended up postponing our wedding for a few years and COVID didn't help. We went with another venue when we got engaged but low-key regretted it. After things starting looking up, we revisited Serendipity Garden and it worked out wonderfully. This was my DREAM venue. Out of all the venues we visited, we kept thinking about this venue. The owners take an immense amount of care and detail into all aspects of this venue. The amount of support and customer service went above and beyond expectations. I wanted to the true definition of an inclusive venue with options to upgrade as needed. I also wanted a venue that didn't require a lot of decorating, but allowed me to put my own flair. The owners have carefully cultivated a team of vendors and staff to ensure I was able to enjoy my day. I didn't have to worry about much and just focused on getting married lol. My husband and I went through a lot for the past several years and I was so lucky to receive so much support and guidance from this team. I was able to call and email with any questions or ideas! The owners were so sweet in gifting us a plated dinner and credit for updating our insurance plan in the midst of the fires and the pandemic. Our guests were well hydrated and checked-on throughout the night. It was nice to hear that our guests had a great time and were able to have a fun day. My husband and I were even able to step aside and sit in nature when we felt overwhelmed. I'm so happy that I went with my gut because this was a magical experience. Thank you so much SG team. Now that the wedding ended and the chaos died down, I finally have time to write this much needed review. For starters,if you're on the fence for this place please don't be, it is everything you could hope for. The venue itself is so so so beautiful and the staff is beyond AMAZING! I was so blessed to have Ashley, Lizzie and Laura with me the day of my wedding. Leading up to the wedding day I mainly spoke to Staci via email for every question I had. Staci was so so amazing and answered any and every question I had with never once showing a sign of annoyance. A week before the wedding I ended up switching over to communicating with Laura for my remaining questions and just like Staci she was so sweet. For the wedding day everything went amazing and I truly have the staff at serendipity to thank. Leading up to the day I always had people telling me something will go wrong and it's just normal but nope nothing went wrong. The entire wedding was such a breeze that every single person who saw me said they never seen such a chill bride but honestly it was because I knew I was in such great hands. Now here's my special shout out to Ashley and Lizzie. These two beautiful souls went ABOVE AND BEYOND their job description. Seriously they are the most kind, genuine souls I have ever met! For the wedding my two year old was there and he was definitely in the terrible twos stage. Both Ashley and Lizzie went OUT OF THEIR WAY to watch and entertain my son. They would take him around the property and try their best to keep him happy and honestly that alone I'm forever grateful. Booking serendipity isn't just another venue where they see you as a check but they truly truly care for you and will do everything they can to make your day special. My niece recently had her wedding at Serendipity Gardens. It was a perfect evening. Aside from the incredibly beautiful venue itself, the staff was friendly, competent, and helpful. One of my three boys has severe autism. Although he did fantastic walking down the aisle as the ring bearer and sitting calmly through the ceremony, by the time the reception started he was feeling very overwhelmed and needed some special accommodations. I explained what was going on and what I needed to help my son feel calmer and without hesitation the manager or coordinator (I'm not positive of the title) made it happen. This venue is beautiful, everyone is amazing. But I do have 2complaints. 1. When you take a handicapped person in the golf cart, after the ceremony, up to the drink and snack area. Handicapped people usually can't get Down the stairs to retrieve said snacks and beverages. And by the time the golf cart gets them up most are gone. 2 I had a veggie option for dinner. Which consisted of mashed potatoes, stewed tomatoes and bell peppers. Not much color. I would have preferred another salad. I was very disappointed. read more

Serendipity was the absolute perfect place to host our dream wedding. My fiancé and I are extremely particular/indecisive and Serendipity was one of ~20 venues we toured. We couldn't be happier that we landed at Serendipity. The numerous outdoor spaces were a big deciding factor for us, as we felt Serendipity has multiple venues all wrapped into one! The ceremony area is gorgeous with a great canyon view, the Oak Grove was a fabulous place for pre and post-ceremony cocktails and apps, and the reception area perched above the rest of the venue was spectacular for views and a great open air layout. We didn't even use the barn area which is another awesome option. In addition to the beauty of the venue, the Serendipity staff were amazing throughout the whole planning process. Leading up to the wedding they were more than willing to answer our (many) questions, and our wedding coordinator and bride/groom assistants went above and beyond the day-of the wedding to ensure everything went off without a hitch. Serendipity is a well-oiled machine when it comes to putting on weddings, which gave us peace of mind knowing that no details would be missed and any issues that may have come up would be handled no problem. They also provide a great list of vendors who do a significant chunk of their weddings - our advice is to just listen and hire them if you don't have your own vendors in mind already! Some Additional Highlights - The white rose bushes were INCREDIBLE and we still get comments about them months later. We were extremely lucky that they bloomed the week of our wedding (last week of May 2023) - The Bridal Cottage (extra cost) for the bridal party to get ready day-of and the Groom's suite are great touches that simplify morning/afternoon logistics - The Open House (held early in the year for all couples getting married that year) was an awesome opportunity to see/meet vendors, taste the food, and get a realistic feel for a full venue with 100+ people and full decor We truly feel incredibly lucky to have had such an amazing wedding experience and thank Serendipity for playing a significant role in making that happen! read more

Wow this venue was literally an answered prayer. Prior to booking, we were stressing out because we couldn't find a venue that had it all & that we absolutely loved. Then I came upon Serendipity on instagram, we toured it and were simply blown away!!! My husband and I got married 4/28/19. The entire process from touring, to booking, to our wedding day, was amazing! The staff went above and beyond every time! I looove that they invite all the brides and grooms of that year for an Open House. I don't know of any other venue that does this, it was so fun and nice to get an idea of how our wedding day would be like. It is obvious how much Serendipity cares for their couples! Tamara and Philip have done an amazing job with this property, it's absolutely GORGEOUS! They have thought about every little detail to make our wedding the best day ever and run so smoothly. We booked the cottage amore and it was the best decision! I love that it also comes with a beauty cottage. The energy of being on the property getting ready with our bridesmaids was just amazing. We were greeted with a lovely note from Serendipity & champagne and a charcuterie platter. Also, such a neat idea, my hubby and I both had assistants for the day which is such a nice touch! Ashlee was my bridal assistant and she was a dream!! She's sooo sweet and calm which helped me stay calm whenever something went wrong. Both Ashlee and Brittney checked on Steven and I throughout the day made sure we had drinks and offered chairs for us to sit during photos. They were both amazing! Also Courtney was sooo helpful and attentive. I was so impressed by her I didn't think she'd be staffed being 6 months pregnant. There was an incident were before the ceremony our wedding bands went missing and Courtney and Mallory scouted for them & found them! Courtney then got my parents and I inside the horse carriage and booked it, RAN from the cottage to the ceremony to get our rings there in time! I was like OHHH MYY GOD! First thing that came to mind was her baby! I was like damn this girl truly cares & goes above and beyond! lol Also, I love how professional the staff looks wearing their earpieces. If something went wrong, they paged each other and it was quickly handled. Someone mentioned it felt like having our own secret service haha It really did feel like that lol Our parents and guest were so impressed by the attentiveness of all the staff too! Our guest kept complimenting on the waiters and Bobby our bartender. I'm so grateful that our parents were also checked on throughout the day, that was so sweet. One of the guest favorites was definitely the horse carriage. They can't stop talking about how in awe they were. It definitely made our wedding feel like a fairytale. Serendipity Garden Weddings is a beautiful location. The views itself makes it feel like you're in a different state. It's one of the very reasons we chose for our wedding to be here. But the location is just one of the reasons why you should get married at Serendipity Garden Weddings. The main reasons is their staff! They're so responsive to any questions or changes you may have as a bride. Laura, the venue coordinator, was amazing in answering my questions and making last minute changes. Ashley and Lizzie, the bridal and groom assistant, were so awesome. I did not have to worry about who is where because these girls gathered everyone to where they needed to be when they needed to be there. Ashley, thank you so much for helping me calm my nerves when I was worried about the timeline. Everyone at Serendipity Garden Weddings was truly the most kind hearted and professional people. Serendipity Garden Weddings is such a precious venue! Dreams come true here! We loved everything from the drive through Oak Hills mountains to the ponds in the venue, to the sunset everything this venue comes with is beautifully put together! My husband and I enjoyed our friends wedding here in this breathtaking venue day and night was gorgeously beautiful! What stood out was how organized this venue is, how clean this venue is and how friendly the staff is! Im impressed on how my friends wedding turned out impressively fairly tale! Everyone did amazing in this venue to make my friends wedding stress free! In special shootout Julia went above and beyond to keeping all areas in this venue flowing smoothly. Our wedding at Serendipity was nothing short of a fairy tale. I cannot tell you how many of our guests told us that this was "the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to." Granted we did get so lucky with absolutely beautiful weather at a mostly outdoor venue (there is a barn/tent rental option if needed but thankfully we did not!) The views at Serendipity are so stunning at every turn (even with the hills behind the ceremony space mostly burned from the Apple Fire- it is just a different more rustic look now and lots of greenery is growing back already!) I couldn't say enough about the beauty of the rose bushes at this venue. They were fluffy, blooming, and beautiful for our May 30th wedding. So many spots to take beautiful photos! I also want to thank the staff the day of our wedding. They were SO attentive to us and all of our guests. I was impressed that they took special note of who our parents were and made sure they were taken care of all night. Also all of the vendors they provide and/or recommended were AMAZING including our florist Flowers by Mae Mae and our DJ Kevro from Musical Phunktions. If I had to say ONE negative thing- I would say I wish we were updated more throughout the planning process during covid. It was such a stressful time planning during a pandemic, and I would have appreciated more frequent updates because I wasn't sure for a while if/when the venue was re-opening and what the capacity limits would be. With that being said- every time I reached out to ask questions/look for updates they were very quick to respond and also offered to schedule phone calls so I could have all of my questions answered which I appreciated! I couldn't have asked for a more perfect day! The staff is so organized and so professional. This is what they do every weekend. It is only one wedding a day so they cater to your every needs. They constantly checked on my husband and I throughout the night to make sure that we had everything we needed. The day goes by so fast and I couldn't imagine if I had to make any decisions on my own without them. My guests could not get over how gorgeous this venue was and most of them did not mind the drive from Orange County. We all stayed at Morongo Casino afterwards and continued the party. I had several people tell me afterwards that this was the best wedding they had ever gone to!! Their vendor recommendations were some of the best people I have ever worked with. This is a one stop shop for anyone wanting a hassle free outdoor wedding. The views are incredible! Worth every penny!! read more

Came here for a friend's wedding, and wow what a gorgeous venue. It was all (from what I could tell) outdoors, and felt completely secluded in the wilderness. They set up chairs for everyone on the grass where we could watch the bride walk down the aisle, and they even provided fans/ umbrellas (it was very hot!). The bride/groom had microphones so we were able to hear everything. We then walked up a short hill to the reception area - chairs and tables were set up, a cute dance floor, and a full bar.
