Could not be happier with my Reverie bed. The most comfortable sleep. Who doesn't want to fall asleep with massage on or wake up with it.

I wish I had never bought this adjustable base. I bought it due to medical conditions in 2019; it was delivered and set up by Rooms to Go, who I do NOT fault in this issue. It's 2023 and is still under the 5-year manufacturer's warranty, when it simply stopped working. I called AFTER going through all of the self-troubleshooting videos and such on their website, which exacerbated my medical condition and pain. When I finally got ahold of someone, they stated that they do not have technicians at all, but go through ALL of the troubleshooting videos with customers over the phone. They then stated that once the appropriate part was identified BY THE CUSTOMER, WE HAD TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING of the part AND INSTALL IT OURSELVES using more videos on their website! I told them that I refused to exacerbate my pain and medical conditions further, to which they replied that they do work with 3rd party technicians that could come out for $225.00 AT OUR EXPENSE. This company is TERRIBLE....they expect their customers to lift their heavy adjustable bases themselves, do THEIR WORK to determine what the problem is, AND REPAIR IT OURSELVES at our own shipping expense! I will never buy Reverie again and will continue to sound off to Rooms to Go about utilizing them as their adjustable base vendors. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! read more

We purchased a very expensive Reverie lift bed frame last year. Unfortunately when painting our bedroom we lost the charging cord for the remote. I have called reverie's "customer service" four (4) times just to be put on hold for 30+ minutes. I also hit the "return call back number" within 24 hours....that was over a week ago! I've also emailed customer service with the serial number and pictures of the bed/remote charger TWICE.....again no response. Basically we now have an over glorified bedframe now. DO NOT buy a Reverie lift bed frame as they have ZERO customer service.....what a waste of money. read more

Ordered a replacement remote for our bed 9 days ago. Just got an email response from Reverie Customer Service that they will send me a tracking number as soon as it ships. Not my idea of quality customer service. A few other things. Both sides of our bed creak when going up and down. Think of that squeeky door you may hear in a scary movie. Also, if you arrange the bed for the firmest level, carful when you sit on the edge of the mattress as that is where all the soft springs are. Bought the R450HT Nov 2021. Good - fast and quite motors. Better than competitors but.... Not good. 1) Literature that came in the box with base was for previous model from 3 years earlier. That model had a RF remote control, the R400HT. Printed in 2018 with no information about current Bluetooth current or app. Bed was made in March 2021. Instructions said to add 3 x AAA batteries...remote is sealed with lithium batteries? So too cheap to include modern instructions? Strike one but not so bad. 2) Remote dead on arrival. Works plugged in but it would not hold a charge after 24 hours of charging. It just flashes when you unplug it for 30 seconds and then goes dark. Service rep said "I have never heard this before" Curious how this is the first time it every happened when my sales rep at store said, when I called them, "this happens to 50% of these remotes". Bad lithium batteries is a known issue. Service rep offered to send new ones without question. I wondered how many of these garbage remotes I'd have to buy at $120 on their site during the life of the bed frame. Strike two...poor choice of battery materials. 3) I bought a bed to use in a dark room; when I am sleeping. 3 a.m; I wake up on the first night and notice a flashing strobe light in my room. It turns out that the button you push to pair the bluetooth function turns on and stays on "ALL THE TIME". Then is starts to flash and never stops. Service rep said "it is not a defect" and "sometimes they do it and sometimes they don't". I said "It is a defect" as it serves no purpose and is "not listed as a feature in the beautiful marketing material" that talks about how to get a better night sleep through the built in strobe light. She said she would talk to the marketing group. I am certain that this will not happen. I am in software/product design and this light is controlled by a setting in the firmware. It should be on during bluetooth pair and off when not but some setting makes it blink when it is not doing anything. Engineers can't or are told not to figure it out because they have to start shipping product. Sales rep said "put some black tape on it". I said "why didn't you disclosed this issue. And. "You'd have to tape the whole control box as the light leaks out from the whole unit. This is not the featured LED nightlight by the way, which you can unplug to disable. Conclusion: ...bed is getting returned. Three strikes in first 30 minutes of ownership. The remote issues are really disappointing for a unit that beat all the competition I tried out. However, including an unpublished feature of "STROB LIGHT" makes the product not suitable for intended use; as a bed in a dark room. I am long past the time of wanting strobe lights in the bedroom. Whot Whot!!!! Fix the firmware Reverie and you'd have a winner. read more

I purchased an expensive split king reverie frame in September 2020. After only three months my wife's side stopped working. After several phone calls they replaced the control module. I installed it. Three months later in March 2021 my side failed. after several phone calls I finally got through to a person. They told me that there was no warranty on this bad because it was a floor model. So for the last five months I have been making payments on a frame that has The functionality of a $50 bed frame. I have never been able to get in touch with the parts department I don't think they have a parts department. Funny thing ,I just got an email from them asking me if I wanted to buy a new reverie justable bed. I called the number,And it's the same message that I got trying to talk to anybody. You cannot get in touch with people I have never had anybody answer the phone out of at least 20 tries. Beware! both of my control modules have failed on a bed that is less than 6 months old. read more

We purchased our Reverie Split top King through Costco 2 years ago. I LOVE the bed but after 2 years, and a lot of use during COVID, I find we are experiencing back aches from a con-caved back when the bed is elevated. The pink coils (soft) that were built into that area simply don't provide the support. We need firmer yellow coils to support the back. I have been working with the Reverie Customer service for weeks now. They talk a good talk but they never deliver. They've stopped returning emails and phone calls. Next step will be to see if Costco can get them to respond??? Buyers be aware, their customer service is sorely lacking even when the bed is still under warranty. read more
