There was a fear of it falling on the house or cars. Additionally, they trimmed and pruned three very overgrown Honey Locusts and shaped and pruned our wonderful Red Maple. Lastly, they shaped a Mulberry tree and removed a Pine that had grown inside the Mulberry. It was a very big job. Sven and Jake were pleasant, amenable, and professional. Initially, they indicated they could come out on Saturday, July 4, but the estimate was ultimately confirmed for Sunday, July 5, between 11:00 am & 12:00 p.m. I was coordinating the appointment on behalf of a loved one. Because the property owner doesn't live at the affected house, they traveled from another part of the city and rearranged their schedule specifically to meet the estimator. We also learned that the neighboring property we initially believed the tree had fallen from is vacant, making it even more important to determine responsibility and move the process forward. Unfortunately, no one arrived for the scheduled appointment, and there was no phone call, text, or Yelp message to let us know they were running late or needed to reschedule. We understand that delays and emergencies happen, but a simple courtesy message would have been appreciated. The lack of communication wasted people's time and delayed addressing a situation affecting multiple properties. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend a company that confirms an appointment and then fails to show up or communicate with the customer.

I had to finally tell them to stop. Their attempt at remediation was to put them down some top soil and grass seed. No straw, not enough top soil, not enough care. Everything got washed away the next time it rained. The ruts remain and were bare until weeds grew in. I called them repeatedly to fix the lawn and they have ignored my phone calls and attempts to contact them online. I was quoted $2500 to fix the lawn. And I have filed a BBB complaint in the meantime.

The problem is that they run through a call service. The number the arborist/estimator contacts you from is a no response text. My husband and I weren't happy with the total outcome of the job and wanted someone to come and look at it. Called twice was told the first time the arborist would be there the next day to look at it. He never showed or called. Called again days later. This time the call service told my husband the arborist would call him back to discuss what we felt wasn't done. Never heard from them again. Except via email to repost the invoice to get paid. Won't be using them again. After posting this review on Google reviews they contacted us multiple times. My husband had already spent two full days cleaning up their mess. They should have contacted us back when we had called repeatedly not when they saw the review. That is not how it should work!

The price was reasonable and ee was up front that it would take some time to secure the crane needed for a job my size.
