What disappointed me most wasn't the initial mistake--errors can happen. It was how the situation was handled. Rather than apologizing for the misinformation or trying to make it right, the gentleman I spoke with argued with me and insisted I must have been communicating with AI rather than an actual person. I am certain I spoke with a person. Our original conversation required human judgment and interaction--far beyond what an AI system could have provided. Even after I explained this and shared the information I had been given, he refused to take any responsibility and instead repeatedly shifted the blame to me as the customer.

I have received multiple products and Services from Reverse Gravity. When I walk into a business I am looking for 3 things: Is it friendly and inviting? Are the staff mindful (listening/attentive) of my needs as a patient/ customer? Do they have a high level of expertise? At Reverse Gravity, I would give them a 10/10 in all of these areas; and that is the main reason I keep going back. From the time you enter the building you will notice a clean and inviting atmosphere. You will become aware that you have walked into a place that is unique and set apart from other medical spas. If you have questions or fears, I encourage to ask their highly trained staff. Personally, I had a ton of questions and fears over laser therapy and bio identical hormone pellet therapy. Every question was met with a high level of understanding, knowledge, and reassurance. I have had remarkable results from all my treatments. My faith in their treatments led me to try their products ( ZO, Reverse Gravity, and FEM). They have quickly all become my favorites.
