Unfortunately, the experience became frustrating before I even arrived. When I scheduled my appointment, I was told the business offered a particular service that I specifically asked about. The day before my appointment, I called to confirm the details and learned that they do not actually offer that service. Had I been given accurate information from the beginning, I would not have waited a week for an appointment that could never meet my needs. What disappointed me most wasn't the initial mistake--errors can happen. It was how the situation was handled. Rather than apologizing for the misinformation or trying to make it right, the gentleman I spoke with argued with me and insisted I must have been communicating with AI rather than an actual person. I am certain I spoke with a person. Our original conversation required human judgment and interaction--far beyond what an AI system could have provided. This company obviously hires very experienced providers and my provider was very skilled with injections. This is my first time having any type of filler or injection. I researched so many places in the IE. Andrew was amazing! I was a little nervous but he made me feel absolutely comfortable. He knows exactly what he's doing and explains and shows you progress as it's going down so you can tell him if you want a little more. He also calls out what little imperfections you have beforehand (which is a good thing, and also in a nice way) and some I didn't even realize cause I never stare at my lip area to get a good idea what might be off, it makes sense cause you are going to be checking the mirror so closely after. He also tells you what is great so it's great confidence boost. I got my lips done with a full syringe, it's been a couple of hours and I have no bumps and no pain and my lips look amazing!
