I wasn't able to get the particular treatment I had in mind due to my specific medical history but I was told there were multiple other options. I was never actually given any viable alternatives for the main reason I was there - I was just told over and over (in an increasingly condescending way) why the two treatments the doctor started the conversation with would not work. I never once demanded to have them done after she explained why they would not work for me - I was just waiting to hear about other options that WOULD work for me. I just kept asking what these other choices were and all she could do was reiterate that the ones I already agreed to NOT do weren't good options anymore. I guess I have to agree with the other one star review - if you are older (and I'm not even that old!), skip this place. I've never been called "honey" more times in a demeaning way in my life. She also chastised me repeatedly for my use of the word "ridiculous" when I was offhandedly describing something on MY OWN FACE that I wasn't happy with. You do not get to dictate how people feel about themselves - you can attempt to be supportive but you have no place to shame people for feeling the way they feel. Called several places and I was able to get an appointment made with one of their aestheticians. This was VERY lucky considering that it was a Saturday morning and I had called last minute. I learned a long time ago that it was a fools errand to try and pinch blemishes myself and have opted to go the path of hydrafacial's instead with great cleansing exfoliation and moisturizing. There is a lot to learn in the field of skincare. I'm certainly not an expert. I chose the available treatment which was an hour and half, a half hour too long for me personally but I will not complain because it was so relaxing and the treatment was so multilayered that all I can say is...
