As I entered, she told me that she didn't know if I was gonna come at 6:30 or seven or if I'd even come and so she went ahead and took somebody else for an appointment. I asked her why she would schedule someone when I had an appointment. She said she wasn't sure if I would come. I told her that I've never missed an appointment and I've never been late and I made the appointment just today. She just kept saying I'm sorry I'm sorry she said she tried to make it my fault by saying I called you and you didn't pick up. So I said well I couldn't pick up because I was in a doctors appointment and you didn't leave a message because I checked. She said that her English isn't very good so she didn't leave a message. In the meantime, I drive all the way across town to get there just to find out that she gave away my appointment. I asked her what the appointment is if it's just going to be given away. She just kept apologizing saying I'm sorry I'm sorry and she wasn't very sorry. It was very unprofessional. I would definitely not recommend this massage center. She ended the session with a very brief reiki session which she talked to me about first as I had expressed interest. It really enjoyed the experience and would go back!
