She was great as always, but there was noise and talking outside my room throughout my entire 1.5 hours. I complained to Wendy several times, but she did nothing about it. My only go to place whenever I need my massage. They have never failed me! My girl Lisa is the best she knows how to work on my body. I will always stick with her from now on. She knows what I want and she delivers all the time. I am sure all the therapist there are wonderful , but I prefer Lisa she works on specific areas that I needed to work on and I'm comfortable with her techniques that soothes my aches and pains without leaving with pain afterwards which it did happen before but for Lisa, I don't feel a single pain in my body when I go home that's how happy I am every time! Went in today to get a foot massage. was talked into a "combination" which was supposed to be 30 minutes body massage and 30 minutes foot massage. Never got a foot massage. My back looks like I've been physically abused as I kept saying it was too hard. Sad to say I'm in worse shape after a massage than when I went in. Never again! Beware read more

I have never had foot reflexology and truthfully, didn't know much about it. I thought it was just a "foot massage" and I felt I needed that. My friend made an appointment for 3 of us and asked if they could accommodate 3 in a room. They said no problem. When we got there, they could only accommodate 2 of us to a room and our friend had to go to another room. That was disappointing. It was very clean, the personnel wore masks and there were signs to keep quiet (for the sake of other patrons). They played calming music and I just laid back and enjoyed the ride. Until I didn't. I didn't realize my threshold for pain in the arches of my feet were so low that it was actually painful. I know now I could've told him not to use so much pressure on my arches but I thought it was supposed to be like that. I worked through the pain when he was working on the congested areas in my feet. Putting aside the arches, everything else about it was relaxing. My toes, heels, calves felt great. They used hot stones on my feet too, which felt like I was walking on fire but in a good way. All in all I am not sure I would do this again but if I did, I would tell them my arches are sensitive and tone it down a little. My left arch is pretty bruised but people told me that could be expected! read more

We have been trying so hard to give this place the benefit of the doubt. We've tried several local reflexology spots and this place continues to deliver terrible service. Today was our last visit. Three times now they have swapped out the masseuse half way through my mothers treatment and the person who takes over BRINGS the reception phone and ANSWERS phone calls DURING her massage. It is completely disruptive, distracting, unprofessional, and ANTI- relaxing. We brought it to their attention last time and they apologized and said they would give us more time next time. We had two 90 minute reflexology sessions and they stopped well short of 90 minutes and offered absolutely zero discount or sincere apology for the disruption. They are happy to take your money and do not care that their therapists no longer employ traditional reflexology technique but pretty substandard massage instead. Of course a foot massage is always nice but this is marketed as reflexology which it 100% is not and it's very expensive! We come to relax and pamper ourselves and leave agitated and disappointed each time. There are other new spots like this popping up all over, looking forward to visiting a new business that values its patrons. read more

Received a 1 hour massage from Peggy; it was simply fantastic. It included the foot reflexology, 15 minutes I think, the very first foot massage I've ever received. The foot massage was unreal! I have been a loyal customer and bring a girlfriend with me every single time I visit, usually 2-3x a month. Today I brought another friend to try a foot massage. I even have their loyalty stamp card. I evidently had a brand new foot massage therapist who didn't even massage my feet! I had to say something after she started my massage 10 mins later after my friends then just touched my feet not even a massage. It was not reflexology or massage. It's $55 which is why I then asked for the owner. He came and finished my massage but it wasn't that good like he has done before. I let him know I missed 10 mins of the massage from the first woman. He never offered to credit me, give me an extra stamp or anything. He got a $5 tip for that too, didn't want to leave anything at all. There is a better place up the street I'll take my $$ there. I get the same person every time. They also all had their masks off and he smelled like an ashtray. read more
