The only reason this place gets stars is because the folks working there are nice. I got maybe three swigs of my grande lavender matcha because it was filled to the top with ice and there was virtually NO lavender. I ordered a breakfast sandwich that was in pieces in the bag (I had to put it back together) and the bread was hard. I would say pass this place up and go somewhere else for your morning fix, really disappointed as I dont come here often anymore. read more

Always friendly service and I haven't had a wrong order yet. Totally recommend. My wife always gets a weird iced decaf coffee and egg bites and no matter how complicated she makes it it always turns out great. My favorite is the cold brew and the iced tea. Consistently good. read more

The service was horrible! The girl that was working acted like she hated life. When my 13 year old nicely asked her opinion about drinks she looked at her like she had two heads and was extremely rude! With me standing there I can't imagine how she would act without me there. My daughter didn't want anything afterwards and felt humiliaTed. Really hope this girl/young lady will learn to treat others how she wants to be treated. Sooo since yelp, or this Starbucks, wants to take my review down, I'll post the screenshot of it If you go here, expect to berated by one of their baristas (Ariel) for your order or for asking for it to be remade no matter how nice you are. Also expect to hear her being rude and disrespectful to her coworkers! And from what I was told from my visit and others who have been there that I've told about this, I'm not the only one who's dealt with her disrespectful behavior. Like I said, I get making mistakes on drink orders, being annoyed by some customizations, and even being annoyed if you have to remake a drink. I could have gone to the back of the parking lot at target. Gotten out of my car and walked inside, stood in line and gotten a coffee faster than there drive thru. Wasn't greeted when I got to the window just told where to pay. And when I said "thank you" I got an "okay" as a response. And I left and they let my shots sit too long so my coffee tasted burnt. I didn't have time after sitting there in the drive thru for 25min to go and try to get them to remake it. I've stopped going to Starbucks because of this. I make better coffee at home. i ordered thru the drive thru. cold foam free this week so I added cold foam to my drink. it rang up on the screen and I asked if the cold foam is free. yes he said. at the window he said it's $8.03. again I asked if the cold foam is free. yes. charged my Starbucks account $8.03. I said it didn't ring up free. he said well I can refund it I guess if you want. yes. I want a refund. so the manager came over and refunded the cold foam. Winter then asked me to pay $6.71. He was about to scan my app but Quinn said I didn't need to pay. Winter then said "here he gave it to you for free" which is not true. he refunded the cold foam not the entire drink. Winter needs some customer service education as I asked three times about the cold foam charge and he would say it's free but still charged me. And when asked had an attitude like i was causing him a problem when he is the one who does not know how to listen to the customer. Poor service by Winter. read more

Worst Starbucks, especially for the staff and mobile orders. This is the closest Starbucks to our home and the only one in our area with a drive thru. We come once a week and always do a mobile order. I have to do this mobile order at least 10-15 minutes before arriving... 1. The inconsistency in timing - 3 out of the last 4 times we've gone, I've waited almost 10 minutes for the mobile order (that means they've had the order in hand at least 20). What's the point of using this feature if we are waiting that long? One time, I waited so long, I had to get a refund and leave. 2. More inconsistencies - when you do start getting your items, they come out at different times. Once, my hot food got cold while I was standing there waiting for the drinks. 3. Also, I have to do the gathering of the things myself. I have to ask for a bag, I have to go to the display fridge and gather any items for the kids, and come back to get straws, napkins and everything. 4. They ALWAYS say they are understaffed. How long before I don't believe that excuse anymore? Because it's that way every week. And the staff always seems super rushed and rude. There are 2 baristas I've encountered that seem even interested or kind to their customers. My normal experience with other Starbucks is I order 5 to 10 minutes before I arrive, I walk in and my drinks are in cup holders, and food items are in the bag, including the straws, napkins, etc. I'm in and out in less than a minute. Love Starbucks.... but this particular location is extremely loud! It's a new building so I would have thought they would have known that a bare metal ceiling would increase the noise level. If you plan on having a conversation with someone go outside. Most of the noise is coming from the staff just working and creating normal noise but due to the horrible acoustics it is deafening. read more

My husband went the Starbucks in Pace, next door to Kay Jewelers and ordered a Venti Americano and a grande hot chocolate. The barista asked him if he wanted the hot chocolate at a kids temperature and he said No, it's for my wife. When he got to the car and we both took a sip of our drinks, they were both lukewarm. I couldn't even finish my hot chocolate due to its temperature. I was highly disappointed and this is my first ever review of a Starbucks. Don't go to this location unless your getting something for your kid! They don't seem to understand English there. I'll stick to the Starbucks in Gulf Breeze and Fort Walton and discourage anyone who goes to Pace from stepping foot in your Starbucks. read more

This has got to be one of the worst Starbucks locations ever. I moved to this area one year ago, and for one year I've put up with dead shots, messed up orders, and slow service/annoyed baristas. Do not expect a decent cup of coffee, even when your order is something simple like a white chocolate mocha or maybe a seasonal drink. It will always taste like garbage because the barista over mixed them, let the shot die, or just messed up the order with the wrong kind of milk product. My latest visit is just one more mediocre experience to add to the list. Which is disappointing as I've waited for a stand alone Starbucks to come back to Pace for a long time. Tonight we stepped in for a cookie and coffee after dinner. Starbucks closes at 9pm and they'd already started breaking down the glass food case at 6:45pm. Nothing we wanted was available. The time before last, the staff was too preoccupied to say "Hello, we'll be with you in just a second." After standing at the register patiently for over a minute while the staff walked back and both behind the counter, I walked out without being noticed. The previous visit was similar in nature. The coffee I've had from this location was good. The experience getting it was consistently lack luster and disappointing.  If you're looking for a good Starbucks coffee in Pace, head over to Target. The staff there is polite & attentive and the coffee is good. read more
