Hated…read moregoing to a club and waiting in line for a machine, having to clean it, remember what weight I needed to do and how many reps. Then move to another machine and do it all over again. I would loose patience really fast. KoKo finally gave me the pace I needed to make working out a part of my life and routine. I am able to work-out anytime as I have 24 hour access (Don't have to make a certain time), machine are clean, I don't have to wait in line to do a different exercise and finally the program tells me what weight I am at and how many reps. Seriously, this makes working out so easy. I have been a member since Sandy Utah opened and recommend it to everyone. KoKo helped me through Breast Cancer (twice) with a program made just for that recovery. You could get this anywhere else!! Absolutely LOVE KoKo and the entire KoKo Staff.

Without any clear warning or reminder, they auto-renewed me for another 3 months, and now I'm stuck paying for extra sessions I never intended to commit to. On top of that, the personal training didn't even provide much value -- it felt like I was paying just to learn how to use basic equipment. Customer service is extremely hard to reach, and when you finally do get in contact with someone, they tell you they can't do anything about it. No flexibility, no accountability, no help. This whole experience feels misleading and frustrating. Be careful before signing anything here -- especially personal training contracts. You might end up locked in longer than you expect.

Nothing has pushed me harder or been put more specific attention on the areas that I really wanted to work on more than having a personal trainer who really knows what they are doing. I've had sessions with several of the trainers at Fitness Together and they are all very knowledgeable and really care about my needs. They also give me nutrition counseling! It's like I'm getting two services for the price of one! I love the personal attention and private studios at Fitness Together. I will be a client for life!!

I took their 60-minute HOT Stretch class - space element with Julie and it was soooooo good. I always feel like I get such a good stretch when in a warmed room and this class did not disappoint. It wasn't a super demanding class, most of the poses were seated and laying down although we did do some standing poses towards the end of class. I brought my own towel and a towel for my mat as well. I don't know if they provide towels, but if they do they weren't visibly displayed. Excited to come back here!

I can't fault them, they've got to build their business, but I'm not a fan of sales pitches. The hip hop class itself was outstanding! The instructor was energetic but also made it easy enough for us novices to follow along. At the conclusion of the class, I was sufficiently sweaty and tired, which sounds like a good workout to me. I'm not sure that I'm ready to sign up for a gym membership, but it was a nice visit.
