The on duty manager was apologetic and made sure we were taken care of. Our waitress was also apologetic and continued to check on us our entire stay. The dining area was both elegant and matched the vibe of the music and the staff. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were generous. Overall the customer service experience was top notch. It's not about getting everything right 100% of the time, sometimes it's about how you recover when mishaps occur. Excellent recovery tonight! Bravo!

The owner is a huge Weller fan and keeps the lounge stocked with pretty much every bottle imaginable. Something that's nearly impossible to find in Greensboro.
