Our waitress Megan was extremely personable, attentive, and professional. While there was a bit of a hiccup with the dinner service, the customer service was by far the best I've experienced. The on duty manager was apologetic and made sure we were taken care of. Our waitress was also apologetic and continued to check on us our entire stay. The dining area was both elegant and matched the vibe of the music and the staff. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were generous. Overall the customer service experience was top notch. It's not about getting everything right 100% of the time, sometimes it's about how you recover when mishaps occur. Excellent recovery tonight! Bravo!

The prices are great for the quality, usually $15-$20 for a cocktail, which feels completely fair for craft drinks like these. One of my favorite details is the playlist. On top of that, LT clearly knows his stuff when it comes to both cocktails and bourbon knowledge. I added a 1oz neat pour of 12yr Weller. Let's just say this place is a Weller lover's dream. The owner is a huge Weller fan and keeps the lounge stocked with pretty much every bottle imaginable. Something that's nearly impossible to find in Greensboro.
