Many have fallen out yes but she gives you a bunch so it's okay, there's still a ton left and it looks fine. It's been three weeks afterall...I haven't had any issues with them pulling out my eyelashes... you just have to be careful not to get them wet for 24 hours after getting them done and make sure to not use mascara or oily makeups around your eyes. And don't be rough drying off your face... the materials she uses are good in my opinion. They look pretty real. Especially for the price- if you want some mink eyelashes that take three hours to put on maybe be prepared to spend the money required for the materials, not to mention time and labor that takes lol. 100 for a full set is super reasonable... be fair. As for me, I'll be back.

I've been seeing…read moreher consistently for over a year for facials, brow waxing, and brow coloring, and I have never been disappointed. Her space is always calming, spotless, and so thoughtfully put together, it feels like a reset every time I walk in! Her prices are truly great for the level of care, expertise, and quality she provides. Every appointment feels like such a treat, yet still so accessible. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the products she uses and is always happy to share why something works and how to get the best results. I now buy most of my skincare products directly from her because I trust her recommendations that much. And if there's ever something she's not 100% sure about, she will take the time to research it and follow up. For example, I recently started dealing with perioral dermatitis, and she went out of her way to look into the best approach and set me up with a new regimen. Her appointments are so relaxing and genuinely one of the highlights of my month. I always walk out feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and like I've taken real care of myself. The salon she works in is also adorable and always clean. Every service provider I've interacted with there has been warm, friendly, and welcoming. It's just a great environment overall. If you're looking for someone who is skilled, caring, detail-oriented, and genuinely invested in your skin, go see Braylinn. She's truly the best! IG: braysbeautybar

Initially, she apologized and offered to try again at no cost. However, upon my return, she had only made the issue worse, damaging my hair, leaving me to find a new stylist to help fix it, who states it is not safe to do anything to my hair for at least a month or 2 while using very expensive products to help gain the strength in my hair back. I have attached photographs that illustrate each outcome. Paige had given me only 38% back of the cost of the appointment, but had demonstrated a lack of concern/sympathy for addressing the situation or referring me to someone to could help for the traumatic experience she has inflicted upon me with my hair. So now I am just left with this final product of the severe orange and no blending for months to come... (To provide context, I am also 32 weeks pregnant, and my confidence is significantly diminished due to the changes in my body. I sought to regain my sense of beauty again through a hair appointment.) Regrettably, this is the outcome I received. I am sharing this information to warn other individuals seeking a stylist with naturally dark hair who are interested in a balayage.

Luckily I didn't interrupt her with a client, as she was just preparing for my appointment. There's a waiting area at the end of the hall, and if you come in and her door says she's busy, you can plop down and shoot her a text to let her know you've arrived. Then you don't have to worry about bugging other clients. I came in for a wax and she was super professional. Everything was clean and I was totally comfortable. Janette is really sensitive to making sure you have everything you need and she offered tea or water. It's the little things!
