Ann is welcoming, helpful, patient and talkative. Best person I've had do my mani/pedi in a long time! She didn't rush me. Happily helped me pick my color and gave me confidence in my choice. She actually cares. She went above and beyond taking a lot of time getting my heels and calluses removed for which she--get this--doesn't charge extra! Price is so reasonable, too. **They have just sold the place to the lady across the street and I'm not sure who will be working there but I hope Ann stays on. I went once and loved this place. I called for a second appointment. The lady said she remembered me agreed to a Wednesday morning appointment. Got there the salon was locked and dark. Waited 45 minutes for my ride. No one showed. Should I try again. I'm not sure. A mistake? Maybe. read more

I called and scheduled an appointment because it sounds like that was required on yelp. To be honest, I'm not 100% sure if it's needed or if she would accept a walk-in, but I would suggest scheduling one just to be safe. It seemed like she opened just for me. She did an amazing job on my nails and made polite conversation. Also gave me a cold water and had a really nice, functioning massage chair. Reasonably priced in my opinion. When I found this place I had just left another place completely hating my nails and they couldn't fix them cause they were 'busy'. So I came to Paris Nail & Spa, met Dolly. Asked if she could fix them, because I hated them so much I was going to rip them off and just deal with the loss. Dolly, said 'NO! Let me fix them for you!' She did, and since that day (beginning of September) I haven't gone elsewhere! Dolly have helped me to get to a point where my nails are healthy again and I no longer am using 'fake nails' but rather my own nails with a gel coat to make them stronger. The pictures here are my most recent design (will put future pictures up if I can), I have given Dolly creative freedom with the designs and and she has outdone herself every time! I love them, my husband loves them and I get so many compliments on them! I highly recommend Dolly and Paris Nail and Spa for anyone looking for great nails, great conversation, and overall great energy! Pricing is also very fair!!! Great salon. I've seen Ann for nearly 20 years, followed her from Lake Oswego. Now I drive 35 minutes (from Oregon City) but she is worth it. Best European facial ever. I mean EVER! I've had my lips tattooed twice in past 15 years, lasted a long time, love it! Also have had eyeliner done and brows micro bladed, look so great and natural. Don't need to wear ANY make up anymore which is especially nice in the summer and water sports. I'm happy and will do it all again if necessary in another 10 years. A couple caveats tho: 1. It does hurt 2. It takes a few days to look normal . Do NOT plan on attending a gala event the next day! But totally worth it. Also, the nails and pedicures are excellent. The prices are reasonable, but I go because of the outstanding service and quality of work. I've seen Ann the most, but Kim is great, Mary did pedicure today. Very happy. The massage chairs are better than most. The salon isn't the fanciest but the value is terrific! read more

Pairs Nails, you have lost my business. I went in for a pedi yesterday. Always I got the $35 one which was pushing the price for me but for what you got it was worth it because you got pretty much everything. You have new products now...supposedly, all natural, moisture lasts longer. I was able, before, to go 3 to 4 days without feeling like I had to moisturize my feet and legs. Not today. Dry, dry, dry skin. $35 was cheapest amount and I think they now go all the way to $55. Can't afford that. I do not know what the price would have been to get what I got before for $35.
