She showed me some hidden gems including blank stationary as well as physical cards aside from the "Thank You" note section. When I say she helped me, she was insanely thorough. I expected to walk in and out but I discovered some gold with a 15 minute stay. Also, I had previously complained about an employee at this store and the corporate owner reached out to me via email and we had a great back and forth. I suggested she add certain thank you notes that are embossed and available on the website -- she agreed. Finally, I can't recommend becoming a rewards member ON THE WEBSITE. When I gave the cashier my number, she only had a $2 off. On my phone I showed her that I actually had 3 coupons ($4 x 2 and $2 off). I walked out with a nice card for my boss and a pack of thank you cards for under $5! Don't think this store is impossible despite the ridiculous market pricing. Give them a shot! I hope this store never goes away even after being acquired by Giftive, LLC.

EACH time I was cut off with the only option was to start over. The sixth time I attempted to transfer my service only to be dropped before completing the exchange. Total incompetence. No one at ATT Could transfer my iPhones, with my numbers, to ATT. I Don't know how this company stays in business. So, here I am with my old service cancelled and ATT unable to set up my account with my iPhones. Please, select another provider and save yourself hours of wasted time with ATT. I now understand why the FCC has 11.5 million complaint it's against ATT.

Andy helped us select the right phone, the right plan, and the best deals. We had Verizon and they were good, but just pricey. T-Mobile definitely has a better deal going on right now. I don't remember what the name of the deal I got, but it was for First Responders as well, and it included unlimited talk and text to include a locked price for 5yrs and AppleTV and Netflix for free. Lots of parking. Friendly staff and no restrooms in their store, but I do believe they have a community restroom somewhere in this little strip mall, if not, then I'd guess Subway or Walmart which is also nearby. There is 1 table and 3 chairs in the front of the store and nowhere else to sit. No other chairs or benches, you just gotta stand if that table is taken. They don't even have a trash can lol. So this review would've been 5 five stars even it wasn't for the convenience of this store. While I was securing my services, my whole family had to stand to the side until a family who was using the table, left. And I've seen a customer wait over an hour for help because both sales rep were occupied.

As we looked at each one, we were told about the "great deal" the salesperson could offer us, which generally amounted to about 75% off the advertised price. For instance, when we asked to look at a ring advertised to be about $1,200, the sales guy said he could cut us a special deal and offer the ring at the low, low price of $300. Who does Samuel's think they're fooling? That ring was never worth $1,200. We went and bought a comparable ring at Gordon's non-sale price of $250. I feel bad for the sales people at Samuel's, because they do seem to be nice people who want to help out. I'm sure they know their customers aren't stupid and feel embarrassed about having to be a part of their company's manipulative pricing practices.
