I never felt like I was being persuaded to buy something more expensive than I needed which can sometimes be the case with small businesses. They also found other issues with my bike and showed me so that I could understand it was a necessary fix. ATMOSPHERE/COVID: They enforce wearing mask and have a limit to how many customers can be in the shop at once. I appreciate this because I'm a health-nut. You can see from my attached photos that it looks like any bike shop. I appreciate the aesthetic. PARKING: Surprisingly they have a small parking lot in the back of the shop, which is amazing considering they're in the heart of Atlanta where free parking is a myth. He regretfully shared that his English was not good. No problem. Once he shared that, I got it. We used only a few words, but we were able to communicate just fine. I thought I would have to buy a tire replacement, but he pointed out that all I needed was a new inner tube. Didn't try to up sell me which I appreciated. Price was very reasonable too. He was thorough in his inspection of the bicycle and proceeded to show, then adjust little things to improve the bike... by adjusting the training wheels, the seat height and aligned the handle bars more.
