"No labor charge for installing new parts" sounds great until you learn the $30 chain is $70. Brought the bike back to try to get adjustments redone. I was at the store over an hour. I told the mechanic it wasn't right, he said I could leave it and he'd go through it. The bike was at the shop for a couple weeks in February, I brought it back and he told me it was perfect and the best he could do. Why would I leave it again? This is the short version. There's a lot more. Never going back. Adding to the review after a couple weeks. Worse than I thought. Someone at the store dropped my by bike on the derailleur side and bent the hanger. I was lied to by the mechanic who said he test rode it and it was perfect. It was not. He wasn't competent enough to know the hanger was bent or he's the one who dropped it and didn't want to draw attention to it. I know it was dropped because my seat had a scrape on it and was ripped and my derailleur had a large gash in it. I bought a derailleur hanger tool and bent the hanger back in place and was able to adjust the bike to shift very smooth. I'm guessing the shop has this tool, but nobody used it. It's about 95% there but I ordered a new hanger anyway since I had to to replace my seat. Absolutely terrible repair department. Incompetence is one thing, lying to cover up poor work is worse because it's intentional, in my opinion. This is still the short version.

Don't be fooled by the bicycles! Yes, it is a bicycle shop but also an adorable little cafe. Inside, it's basically split in half with the right side dedicated to all things bicycles, and the left side dedicated to the cafe/coffee shop. Helen Marie was beyond lovely and friendly, and delightfully chatted with me the entire time I stood there patiently waiting while she perfectly crafted up one of their delicious (and seasonal) Strawberry Matcha Bliss drinks. I was blown away at first sip, then add on the A+ hospitality and convenient location just outside of one of my fave Pilates studios, and that all adds up to this spot quickly becoming a local staple for me!

Arriving before the shops open, I planned to walk a mile or so to a bike rental shop. Immediately after exiting the market for the beltline connector, I noticed activity at The Belt Hub. Their social media marketing states " The BELT Hub, is Atlanta's first micro-mobility hub, offering e-bike rentals, valet, repairs, and retail. The BELT Hub's mission is to make sustainable, active transportation accessible, secure, and community-centered, redefining the way Atlanta moves". A family owned business, every member of the family went out of their way to help make my experience exceptional. I inquired if there were any pedal bikes, as is my preference over e-bikes. They had a hybrid or a mountain bike available. we looked at both and decided the hybrid was more my size and style. I went for a cup of coffee while they prepped the rental. On return, five minutes for a waiver, credit card, a seat height adjustment, helmet fit, and a cable lock. Off I went for about a 3 hour ride, a total of 27 miles. I explored the trail in both directions from the market. To the left, or west, Piedmont Park and beyond. The park was a beehive of activity with sports, walkers, bicyclists, and Atlanta's Pride Festival and Parade. Back to the right, Eastside toward skatepark and Krog Market. The bike rental was a flat fee of $40 per day, e-bikes started at $25 hour. Returning the bike was easy, and they took and printed a picture as a keepsake. The matriarch even recommended a lunch spot for an after ride bite and beverage. Assessment: exceedingly friendly and responsive customer service, well maintained bicycles, convenient to the beltline. Rent here and enjoy a few hours exploration!

They have Golf practice, climbing wall and a batting cage. Collin who helped me with my selection for the World Cup merchandise was very nice ! I had just a little time before they closed and he was willing to pick what I needed and what size and have everything ready for me all I had to do is pay for it when I got to the cashiers desk. He was accommodating and had asked special permission to have the special merchandise ready for me I was surprised how everything ready so I didn't have to sort through dozens of shirts and not find what I was looking for.
