I don't think this shop exists anymore. I called and got a marketing auto answer that wanted to sell me a Target gift card. I regret giving them my number by calling now. Also the shops website has nothing to do with a bike shop. They either got super hacked or shut down and sold/lost their phone and web domain. I needed my new bike adjusted. I haven't ridden in about 18yrs. So now after 3 hip replacements, I tried to ride the bike in the parking lot and couldn't get going!! I was an avid bike rider in my younger years in LA. I LOVE to ride and used to ride for 10 miles or more on the streets!! I explained it all to the young man who gave me a helmet to put on and patiently stayed with me throughout my attempts to get going! ... to no avail. I'M DETERMINED to ride that bike, and the owner of my new bike threw in a device that makes the bike a stationary one. The young man told me they'd put it together for me! I'll be back! read more

Great staff and service. As a female you can sometimes feel like an outsider or intimidated in bike shops. They make you feel welcome and go out of their way to stand by the work you have done here. There's many things about Sixers Pit that makes them genuinely a great neighborhood bike shop but there's one thing that separates them from any other greater Atlanta or metro Atlanta shop and that is Im always confident when sending in or recommending to someone that asks me what bike shop should they go to especially if they are a novice rider or new to the sport and feeling confident that I'm sending them to a shop where I know they will be in great hands. I love hearing the stories when my friends come back and say hey let me tell you what happened at Sixes Pit those guys were awesome, or they'll say I met some of the nicest bike shop folks that I've ever met or I can't believe they took care of a small issue and stopped doing what they were doing just so I could get back on the trails. This is by far the best bike shop experience in my life. Having worked at a bike shop for 2 years and having been a cyclist for most of my life, at 41 I'm not new to bike shops. The last thing anyone needs, is a poor experience when walking into a bike shop. It happened to me at another local shop and I'm not surprised. Typical bike ahop snobbery, even though I mentioned I had previously worked at a bike shop. Since we just moved to the area recently, I didn't know where else to go. I'm so glad my buddy pointed me to this shop! From the first phone call I made, to every time I've been in the shop it's been awesome! I did not think shops like this still existed, honestly. What a great bunch of guys, who treat you super well and don't act like they're doing you a favor by talking to you, like most other shops. Honest prices and fast turn around on service. Emmet: he's for real! Excellent service, efficient, honest answers & fair pricing. Now I know where to take my bike for maintenance. I hadn't ridden my Trek in a while. I thought it needed new tubes but then he checked and gave me my options. He tightened up my breaks and guided me on when to get it tuned up. He's very knowledgeable and worked on it while I waited. Great service everytime. Dropped my bike off last week to have a tire repaired. Today was first day I was able to ride, after 3 miles tire went flat again. Carried it back to the guys. These guys are fantastic! I bought my bike from 'the other' local shop. From the beginning I had an issue with my rear derailleur and the guys at the other shop I purchased the bike from kept giving me the runaround. I took it in the Sixes and they got the Rear Derailleur replaced under warranty. They are all about service and ensuring that folks are safe and having a blast on bike. Sixes Pit is by far the best Bike Shop in the Canton / Woodstock area. The customer service and friendly no pressure staff is awesome and you don't get the typical know it all staff talking down to the clients like at some other bike shops in the area. Angel, Gabe, and all the other guys working there have been super to deal with when either having our bikes repaired, serviced or when purchasing my Orbea mountain bike and other accessories there. Great bike shop. Went in after attempting a do-it-yourself adjustment and making things much worse. The guys in the bike shop were awesome in diagnosing the issue and correcting it perfectly. Helped out with a pedal replacement that was STUCK pretty bad. Great staff that was very engaging with good information on my bike and newer upgrades. Will definitely be back with any bike issues and future bike purchases. read more
