(3) Agreed to drop off my car the day before my scheduled service, but no one was at the business so I didn't leave my car. (4) No phone from owner asking if I was still interested in his services. (5) Called the owner and asked what's the deal: "baby sitter wasn't available" so he couldn't commit to getting it done in the agreed timeframe.
