I stopped in today for ceramic tint. Reception was quick and friendly. They got my truck into the shop immediately and got to work. A couple of minutes in, my Ring camera goes off. One of my two puppies knows how to open the back yard gate and we hadn't properly locked the cable lock. He's standing against the front door, asking to be let inside. I let the guys know what's going on and that they're going to hear some frantic shouting coming from the lobby. They offer to run me home and bring me back after I'm situated and the little guys are safe. Animal control shows up to the rescue a few minutes before my wife pulls into the driveway and they hustle the little monsters back into the house. I was debating whether to have a ceramic coating applied to my 2022 Acura RDX PMC. After conducting tons of research, it became clear that this is the way to ensure my paint stayed protected and SoCal Detail of Knoxville was the best option to use. I am NOT disappointed one bit with my decision. The day I went in to speak with them about pricing and the process they utilize for application, I knew that this was going to be the shop to do the work. The process was described in great detail (even though I was taking him away from a car he was working on, and he took his time not rushing me) and the price is amazing. After dropping my car off for the application, I missed having her in the garage. The second day that it was in their shop, I received a phone call asking if I wanted to have the driver and passanger front windows tinted, while it was already there. At first I said no thinking it was just an upsell but thought about it and a few hours later called them back and received another great explanation and wonderful price. I am so happy that I decided to have them do it while she was there so I would not have to be without her in my garage again. I went to pick her up on Saturday and I am NOT dissappointed in any way. The shine is super nice and I can feel the smooth feel on the paint. Although they described the process as detailing the outside of the car, I was pleasently surprised that they wiped the inside and vaccuumed the carpets and cleaned the all weather floor mats. It's the little things that make customer service what it is. They definitely provide an amazing service and well worth the price. Excellent Job. Got the Silver Package for my Honda Civic SI and it is just awesome to see that shine on the car. It was spotless. I have not tried to wash it yet but it has rained and it's pretty wild looking at rain hit it. They even vac'd the interior for me. After they were done, they gave me a microfiber, wash spray, and great advice on keeping it clean. My only complaint is that when they gave me the cleaner bottle, it wasn't tightened all the way and so I lost like 2/3s the bottle. Luckily the bag it was in prevented it from spilling in my truck and the microfiber absorbed like all of it. Pricey but if you love your car, you'll justify it. read more

Once the " Tint Specialist" came he asked what I wanted and explained the various shades of tint. Shortly afterwards the owners came in ( husband & wife ) and couldn't have been nicer ! Lastly ... the tints ROCKS !! absolutely love it .. for me it's the small things with service that stands out. Now my wife will be taking her Kia there also !! I had my BMW Ceramic Pro 9H coated at SoCal. It is really refreshing to see a company with such attention to detail, and a work ethic of doing all they can to do the best that can be done. When I went to pick-up my car, Billy brought it out of the shop, and in the sunlight saw some areas he was not quite pleased with. To be honest, I didn't notice most of those areas, but he put it back in, and asked if I would mind waiting about 15 minutes while he went over those areas again.
