Most guys have been there outside cleaning cars for 10+ hrs! I looked around and saw a guy on a rollator (injured I assume) cleaning up and I said wow that's dedication. I was told it was the GM. I then proceeded to tell that young man the leader I saw in him. His team reflected his energy and dedication I was so impressed. The wash itself got about 70 percent of the dirt off; the rest i used the complimentary towels and spray to finish the effort - honestly you can't expect 100 percent unless you've got the right finish on there to make it easy to breeze through and clean it with a membership plan. With the vacuums, mat wash and rags/spray all available at no extra charge I'd say this is of a better value than another location I go to off of Emory road (which charges for the cleaner). The worker was helpful to get me lined up and I observed them going through the lanes when cars weren't present. Will be back to likely get the snow and dirt off before I go into work.

Attempted to cancel on the 15th, and although I was told the refund was being requested through the GM, I was double-charged on the 16th for a total of $70. I'm going through the bank to try and get my funds back. Luckily, I have evidence of a correspondence with their company through text messaging, which I highly recommend.
